Excellent choice for KIA service & repair

Germain KIA is my preferred dealership for service and repair of my family's 3 KIA vehicles. Braden - Service advisor is Awesome and a pleasure to work with during service department visits. The parts department team is outstanding as well, they are always courteous and ready to help.

We have been loyal Germain Hyundai customers for 5+ years, just across the street. As we began our search for our next upgrade, we made the pivot to walk in the doors of Germain Kia and were simply wow-ed right out of the gates! We were greeted and collaborated with Hunter Horn, who provided exemplary service and genuine hospitality throughout our time together. He perfectly matched our energies and right off the cuff, we knew we were in good hands! While we were not able to seal the deal on a Saturday at the eleventh hour, he stayed persistent and communicative in the best ways possible over the next few days. Doing everything he could to secure our business, again completely organically and not pushy - how refreshing! We ultimately secured the best deal possible for our brand new, upgraded Kia Sorento. We are so elated that we made the move to Germain Kia and have Hunter to thank!

Disappointed

There a a couple of issues that have decreased my enthusiasm for the purchase of my Kia K5 at Germaine Kia. First, I was not informed that the remote start feature only worked for 1 year. I don’t appreciate Kia trying to nickel and dime me to pay for features that should be part of the car. Second, on my recent service visit, it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
