There a a couple of issues that have decreased my enthusiasm for the purchase of my Kia K5 at Germaine Kia. First, I was not informed that the remote start feature only worked for 1 year. I don’t appreciate Kia trying to nickel and dime me to pay for features that should be part of the car. Second, on my recent service visit, it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.

The dealership arranged to pick up my car from my home to complete to warranty repairs on my 23 telluride. Overall, this was a exceptional experience.

My experience was the best it has been in a while. I feel I was treated well from the time I brought my car in, to when my car was done being serviced.

When I was looking for a Kia dealership, this one was the first to answer the phone. I took my car in to get some recalls fixed, and they were all nice, and got my stuff fixed pretty quickly. :)
