Worst Car buying experience ever. Advertise for item on...

Worst Car buying experience ever. Advertise for item on vehicle that did not work and then would not stand by them to fix them. if there was a 0 I would rate them a 0. Lied to us about getting a 2nd key with our vehicle - I had to screenshot the verbiage that states that to the salesperson and then he got us one. Had to take car back with less than 900 miles on it with a coolant leak. Would not recommend. Not easy to deal with

Horrible experience

Typical salesmen. Lie to you to get you in the door even if you tell them that you don’t want to be lied to and just want an honest experience. Sales manager is clueless about the vehicles they sell with misinformation and incorrect specifications. Wouldn’t buy a lawnmower from them let alone a $60k truck


Great customer care and very patient

I dealt with Kevin O'Connor and he was outstanding. He understood what I was looking for and was not trying to sway me one way or another, just offered courteous insight. I really appreciated the care and attention of the whole staff.

staff was very unprofessional

Saturday my boyfriend and I went right before closing time, both of us were looking to purchase vehicles. We were in contact with our salesperson that evening and Monday morning. We gave our financial information to start the loan process, and scheduled a time to come and sign everything for after work. After sitting for an hour because our salesperson could not be loctaed, we were informed that they could not help us as even know the vehicle was set to be sold to us it was now being sold to someone else. This shows the disorganization and lack of ethics and professionalism this dealership has, which also makes me wonder of the quality of the used vehicles they sell. They lost our business for good and the sale of a truck and SUV!


Great personnel, easy to work with

I would like very much to thank Spencer Schall for his professional service. I found him to be very compassionate and knowledgable in his job. While I was there to test drive a car, he was also waiting on other people, but he was on top of everything. He always had a nice smile when greeting people. Thank you Spencer for making my car buying stress a lot easier.

We have purchased 4 cars at Sharrett over the last several years as well as visiting numerous other dealers.Sharrett is by far the most customer oriented of any we have ever dealt with.Our salesman(Paul Melville)was most attentive and interested in us getting the car and deal we wanted.Everyone at this dealership was most friendly and helpful and I beiieve this attitude starts at the top and shows what the "shopping for a car"experience should be! Believe me, I have bought many cars over the years from many different dealers and many of them could take a lesson from Paul and his sales manager on customer relations!
