Without a doubt, this car buying experience stands out as the best one I've had so far! Having bought more than 10 cars in the past, I can confidently say that Ralph and Anthony were incredibly professional, honest, and patient throughout the entire process. Their approach made us feel like part of the family rather than just another customer, and they were attentive to our family's specific needs. Jessica also made the final steps a seamless process without trying to sell us things we didn’t need! We are absolutely thrilled with our new Acadia! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sheehy to everyone I know, and I would gladly return as a repeat customer in the future. Thank you Anthony, Ralph, and Jessica!!!

Whoa!

Whoa! What a great experience buying a car with Chase McCoy. From the initial introduction, through the final (Red Carpet) pictures to complete the delivery, Chase was beyond easy to work with. He was very attentive, far from over bearing, and extremely thorough. Also, Chris Gaston in (Management), structured a phenomenal deal that we were unable to refuse. Both Chase and Chris made car buying extremely easy, and most certainly a very memorable experience. When the need/want arises will not hesitate to buy from Chase McCoy again.

I would’ve put 0 if I could.

I would’ve put 0 if I could. One thing after another with no resolution or concern for their customers. They sold me a wrecked car and I have had to take it back for several things only to be told they don’t hear the rubbing noise and the transmission they couldn’t even check after having me drive an hour there and sent me to the ford dealership where I live. I had an estimator at the collision center write an estimate on all the repairs that you can tell was thrown together so that it wouldn’t be noticed by a regular customer(the estimator pointed it out but also made sense with the issues I’ve had). I had to pay for the trunk that wouldn’t work right after I bought it. Tried to get them to help me but all they say is the carfax doesn’t show anything. The carfax won’t show anything if it’s paid for out of pocket. They don’t want to hear any of it and refuse to even think about buying back this vehicle even with me offering to purchase a brand new vehicle from them even though they have screwed me over so many times. I talked to the manager several times and yet he only answered some of my emails and refused to answer most of my questions. My original sales guy told me not long after buying the vehicle when I had the first problem, that he quit working there because he didn’t like how they handled things and thought they did shady business. Had they actually found a solution as their contracts states they will in cases like this, I wouldn’t even leave a review or I’d rate them better. I gave them the opportunity to right their wrong but they only care about making money no matter what happens to their customer. I would remove this if it was rectified but doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. Sure, they don’t need me for them to continue to make money, it would just be nice to know they actually care about their customers.

It was one disaster after another with this dealership. Wouldn't recommend. Plus they try and force you into extras after. Really annoying. The car needed new tires instantly which they refused to acknowledge and we have had one issue after another with the vehicle.

Wanda was a pleasure to work with and the purchase was seamless. The dealership stayed open for an additional hour and still was able to stage a purchase pic as the car was a gift to our daughter. Completely worth the 1.5 hour drive.

GMC Sierra Depot

Loving my Customizers truck. Just came in for my first oil change. Sales and service is always very friendly and helpful. Logan and Kyle always make sure I am completely satisfied.
