First time buyer…Great Experience
This was my first time buying a car on my own. I visited several car dealerships and was referred to Reserve Auto Group. They had the perfect Nissan Pathfinder that I wanted to replace my old one. Andrew Detulio did a great job with my purchase. He listen to my needs and helped me figure out financing options. When I went to the dealership the car was exactly like he described. I was nervous about the financing part but Francisco made it easy for me. I am happy and would definitely refer Reserve Auto Group.

NEVER AGAIN
I will never use this dealer again and will recommend that others do not use them as well. The most important thing I see here is they are dealing with luxury car owners yet can't even handle them properly. I bought a 100k car, mine wasn't one of the 150-200k cars but with excellent credit, as always I have never had an issue until now. 1. My loan was supposed to be paid off to my previous bank in 20 days. It took them 40 days to get them paid off. Meanwhile, the bank that wasn't paid off and kept harassing me daily to make a payment and even called my work to ask why I did not make the payment or when I was. I do not need any bank calling my work because my finances are in order. When speaking to the GM regarding this, he stated in a rude tone "what so you want me to make your first payment or what" Yeah I actually would because I'll explain further down here, they had my car for 3 weeks to repair something they tried to hide in the beginning. 2. I have a special medal for desert storm and had to get a special license plate for my previous car for serving in the Marines. I had to go to the DMV and get that handled and it was a pain. So upon purchasing the car, I told them several times, it is very important to make sure that the license plate stayed with the new car. I asked 4 times before leaving the day of the sale if they took pictures of the license plate to send to the title and they said yes. 2 weeks later I get a phone call from the dealership stating that my new plates were in. I called upset asking why my new plates were in and that we were supposed to use my own plate. The GM told me that the title already changed and that I would have to go down to the tax office to handle it myself. No, I will not fix something you messed up. So I went ahead and called the owner to deal with all these complaints and all of a sudden the GM who takes frequent days off during the week sends me a text that he is heading to the tax office to fix it. That day it was all fixed. He was just too lazy to go down and fix it himself when it was their problem to fix in the first place 3. I had two contingencies for the sale of the new car. One was to put my rear spoiler on from the car I sold to them to the new car, and two was to fix a damaged piece on the side of the car that looked like someone tried to hide it with regular paint. They had excuses why it was taking so long to get the part in, that the last one they received from chevy was defective and they needed to get a new one. Who knows, with all the lying going on I can't believe that either. 4. Upon finally receiving my car there was damage to the back trunk space that is next to the bumper they had to take off to install my new spoiler. Whatever machine or crimping tools they used literally put dents in the car. I have attached a picture below. When you grip metal, you are not supposed to do it with bare tools but use a towel or something in between so you do not damage the car. After all these issues were mentioned above, I spoke to the owner and told him I would not be writing a review because I am not that person. However, I mentioned that some form of compensation or something to smooth things over would help in me let go of this bad experience. He said that he would speak to the GM the following week to see what he could do and get back to me after the GM gets back from yet another vacation (must have great paid time off benefits because the guy never was in). 2 weeks later, no phone call, nothing in the mail. What I took from that is they did not respect me or my time, so I want to make it clear to them that I do not respect this dealership and how they do business.

Salesman was a nice gentleman but the process and the lack of communication on a few things were not what I expected. They would not give deal on the list price only what they would give for trade and payments. I also found a couple issues like a broken door stop after I purchased the truck. Yes I did purchase it but still not happy with the process. Took 3 days

this place is a big scam. i don't recommend it!!!
i had an appointment to test drive Mercedes Benz glc300 coupe. when i showed up the car was ready for me to go test it, after the test drive I turned the car off and tried to turn it back one when it didn't start again because the key battery died. it only had one key and that one key was damaged. the coupe was nothing what I saw online. Tires were cracked used and in bad condition, as well as the inside. I worked with cars in the past and this coupe had been in an accident before. communication on this place is the worst!! this place is a big SCAM!

Do not place a money hold on a vehicle.
I paced a hold on a 2020 Corvette at an agreed price only to find out that the sale price was lowered on Ebay. Several other price changes occured over 4 days prior to the Ebay add so I canceled my flight and asked for my $500 refund. No responses at all. I did not sign a contract. My credit card company is reviewing the claim for fraud.

Shady Crooks.
Bad business!!!! Buyers be ware! I buy a new vehicle every two year so I know what to expect when we get down to the paperwork. This dealer advertised a 2018 Jeep for $59k with all the extras. When it came to the paperwork they had all these line items $6k for a warranty $3600 service charges. I’m like what I’d this $3600? He said for them to service the vehicle.. (because the radio wasn’t working during the test drive). I’m thinking $3600 is high for attached some wires on a radio. In the end they wanted $70k for a used vehicle with a broken radio that is ADVERTISED at $59k. These guys are shady crooks.
