I regret purchasing from them
I actually hate having to rate this dealership so low. They have a great inventory and most complaints people have, I believe would be true of most used car dealerships. I won’t rate them one star because the service Cristian offered was top notch, and everything about the process from the time I saw the listing to driving off the lot was pretty much seamless. The issues started once we actually got off the lot. We were told they would scan and forward all documents to us immediately. A week later I had to call and request the copies. Once the financing company sent us the information on the loan, there was a difference of 5k between the amount we agreed upon and the financed amount. I went back to the paperwork and got in contact with their finance department and spoke to Duy. We discussed the issue, and it seemed as soon as he recognized there was an issue, he would have to review the hard copies and call me back within 15 minutes. Still waiting on that phone call. Next I contacted Johnny, who up to this point I enjoyed working with. Once he saw that there was a legit discrepancy in the numbers, he said he would have to review the paperwork more thoroughly, and scheduled a call with me the next day at noon. At 12:15, I called and was told he was in a meeting, but was forwarded to Shane who is the general manager. Talked to Shane, who said he would review the paperwork and give me a call before they closed, if not, then before 10:30am the following day. At 1pm the next day, I called the dealership and the operator(when they had a live operator) forwarded me to both Shane and Johnny multiple times saying they should be free, but neither answered the call. I saw in the negative reviews here that the owner listed his phone number to be contacted, so I called that number. He answered, reviewed the paperwork with me over the phone, and said he would give a call back within 30 minutes. I then received a call from Shane, who said that the discrepancy was in a warranty coverage that I declined, but was charged for. That he had a call with the tech company in 15 minutes following our conversation, and that they would hope to have a resolution soon. That was Thursday, Dec 2, 2021, I’ve called multiple times since then, left messages, and have heard nothing back. And with that, I can’t recommend anyone spend their money with them.

BUYER BEWARE
BEWARE OF THIS DEALER..I PURCHASED A 165K DEFENDER TRUCK SHIPPED WITH AC NOT WORKING AFTER THEY TOLD ME IT WAS REPAIRED THEN TOLD ME THEY WOULD SEND A CHECK FOR THE REPAIR, NEVER COULD GET CHECK WILL NOT EVEN RETURNS CALL..DAVIS THE OWNER AT THE TIME OF THE SALE TOLD ME ABOUT TRUST AND GAVE ME HIS LINKEDEN TO SHOW HIS CREDIBILTY....NOTHING THEY SAID CAME THRU MOST DIFFICULT DEAL I HAVE DONE IN 20 YEARS OVER THE INTERNET PURCHASING AUTOS..I AM SURE HE WILL HAVE SOME FABRICATED STORY..HE HAS MORE EMPLOYESS LEAVING..HAS TO BE FOR A REASON... I TRADED IN A 2019 MCLAREN TO THEM...ALL I PURCHASE ARE EXPENSIVE CAR AND TRUCKS.......I WOULD BUY ELSEWHERE THEY ARE TOO MANY GREAT DEALERS OUT THERE BEWARE

We were coming up from Austin to purchase a vehicle and...
We were coming up from Austin to purchase a vehicle and were told over text by Victor that they would beat my CarMax offer for my trade by $1000. I had a digital offer but he wanted it on paper. His manager Will called me this morning and told me not to bother getting the certificate just to get in the car and he'd honor it. About an hour from the dealer I asked for a buyer's order for financing purposes and the trade was listed the same as CarMax, he tried to tell me the other $1000 was going to come from the tax savings I'd get by making the trade. I can trade in my car just as easily at CarMax, they just don't have a car configured the way I want right now. But that was 4+ hours of my life and gas I'm never getting back. Thanks for wasting my time, will be filing a formal consumer complaint for bait and switch the the attorney general's office. Screenshots on Yelp.

Buyers Remorse
This turned out to be a horrible experience and I have the worst case of buyers remorse ever. The car was mis-advertised and didn't have the options in the CarFAx ad i wanted. I trusted the ad and thought I could figure them out on my own. You can't figure it out if the car doesn't have that feature. The salesman said that they would take the car back, we'll have to wait and see if this happens or not. I have no trust at this point. I'm leaving this post to those reading it so the will learn from my experience and know this dealer is not as great as advertised. They don't provide a great buying experience and are flawed at many levels. I am physically ill over this deal and an emotional wreck. The also didn't disclose that the car only had 1 key fob. 5/24 Update - Reserve Auto Group did take the car back, but they didn't do anything else to make amends. My out of pocket cost $50 gas for a 6hour drive down and back Twice $150 for a hotel stay $150 Loan document fee and 4 days worth of interest 1 Day worth of leave from work. Much grief, remorse and stress for 3 days They requested that I remove this rating because it would hurt their reputation. Why am I not removing it, well even as of this evening the ad for the car is still incorrect 5/25 -4 days later and the car listing is still showing options in the listing that on not on the car. So why is this? You judge. 5/26 - The ad is still present on Carfax with the incorrect options listed. They continue to misadverstise.

Bad Leadership, Sketchy, Rude staff team, Scam
Put together a deal on a 2014 Corvette Stingray 3LT Z51, had everything in line and had attempted to secure the sale by offering to put cash down while we got the remainder of the deal processed and ready to go. Here to find out that the vehicle then was sold out from under me because "they didn't have any cash in house" from me as Abel, the sales consultant. Did not want to take my down payment. I'm certain that this is due to the customer that did a Wire Transfer for the vehicle, had agree'd to pay more than I had worked a deal out to be. Shortly after, I requested to chat with the owner (on a recorded line might I add) in which the OWNER called me, heard what had transpired in the deal, in which I told him I was going to leave them a bad review. He then begged and pleaded for a review to not be left as he has a family to support. Then I stated to him "Find me another corvette and put a deal together and we'll forget this even happened" HE THEN decided it was a great idea to cuss me out over this phone call, called me a "xxx" and "hoped that I get COVID-19 and again that I was a worthless xxx." Shortly after he hung up on me. He called me back again on my recorded phone line for a grand total of 8 seconds to scream "F**K YOU!!!!!!!" before hanging up. Not that I'll be allowed to share the phone number, but yes Mr. Owner, you called me from a blocked number which I've since recovered ending in 1760. I've pulled these call recordings and will be submitting them to the BBB as well as leaving you these wonderful reviews.

Inexperienced rude sales person
The sales person didn’t know what she was doing snd wasted my time. She was unprofessional and ill equipped to deal with customers. Very dissatisfied
