Chris was professional and very reliable, returning all texts and questions on time. Bought the car from California. They offered me a quote for my car to trade in. The delivery of their car and the picking up of my car went seamlessly. Was a bit worried about doing the transaction without seeing the car on site and doing the transaction so far away. The Ruiz brothers been in contact with me for about 6 months. I specifically wanted a 2019 BMW M5 with red interior and other specs..... After searching for a long period of time. Reserve Auto found me the exact car I was looking for. Sebastian sent me a print out of all the specs and a 10 minute video of the car. I've bought plenty of cars in my life but this dealership had me in and out the dealership in about 40 minutes.
