Miss representing the vehicles they sell
I contacted the company after finding a Nissan NV2500 high roof. The price seemed ok so I went on to complete the online form and scheduled a visual inspection on Sunday March 5th. I started receiving calls and was informed they did not do online services. I went on to tell Jorge my needs and gave him the amount I wanted to spend down and the monthly payments. I also shared my credit score, it was current. He assured me there was no problem getting Me approved and I was excited. This was a Saturday, I never heard back from anyone, I sent out texts to no avail. At the time of this review it is now Tuesday evening!! I was told that the deal was a commercial vehicle, although they don't have a commercial sales person. The rate they tried to stick me with was 22 29%!!!! My words were what are you trying to do to me? He said he had no control over the interest rate and that he could do better if if was a non commercial vehicle. I told him my experience was terrible and that I was writing a review. Upon reading the many other reviews I am glad I decided not to go forward with this company and would not recommend to others either. Buyers Beware!!!!!

Jacob and Mike lied to me . lied to finace company, then car broke and they avoided me , then lied again and refused to assist me in any way.$25000 dollar car gone in 2 months first time buyer ruined credit job ect....

Never will I recommend kargenie to any buyer
Kargenie does not uphold any agreement or honor and agreement to the highest manager Mike ....the car report is fraud I purchased a vehicle bk in September last yr and my front breaks need to be replaced....right side was at 0% left side 15% and report shows everything is up to date with maintenance service lies ....and u have calendar days to take vehicle back in if there's anything wrong so they can fix that also was never honored lies after lies Mike is the manager he's the main one who messes things up for these sales persons....never again will I recommend kargenie and looking into my issues and getting everything resolved....

Do not buy a car from these people . They sell damaged cars and don’t fix them before putting them on the lot . Cars are sold with damaged batteries covers on the floor and this is the as is sale . They never mention the restocking fee until after u pay them . 750.00 if u nolonger want the car . The trickery and lies that go into getting u into the car is beyond words I can’t believe they sneak in 2-3000 in random made up fees . Horrible ! Don’t get screwed stay away from frauds ! Read the hundreds of reviews about the fraudulent transactions that has effected consumers. Raul Amir Kevin Mike jose Keleb and Juan Neema. These people are all frauds do not sit with them do not talk to them they will sell u a broken car and charge u fees to restock if u change your mind

I paid a down payment 1000.00 for a white 2013 Toyota rav4 ev 92,000 miles the car was never inspected or serviced before I was invited to test drive . At the test drive the car battery had evidence of battery fluid calcium build up and the sensor on the car had its lights on indicating that the tire was damaged the undercover plastic sheild was on the floor Indication of front end damage and headlights with yellow mold . Each person on the review played a role in being abusive over fraudulent add on charges i refused to pay . Mike the general manager told me he would never sell a car from car genie to his family members because he said the cars are sold as is with damages and that kar genie sells low quality cars . He than told me he would help me out and have the car inspected to be Road ready and that he would remove the smog check fee the car is a EV so it’s zero emissions no smog check required to pass road safety but they still attempt to charge fraudulent add ons like this one and the door guards without them being on the car or maybe they were already installed prior to kar genie buying the car and kar genie says they need to charge u to install them just adding a 150.00 fee on your deal to get you to pay more so they get a 10% commission on everything they upsell and those add on charges to the customer not needed in the deal they try to get to pay the add ons u might see a 2000-8000 increase on the price just know that those fees are not supposed to be apart of a honest car sale . Mike said he would get the car service inspected and road ready. Monday I call and he tells me he won’t sell me the car and refunded my money simply because I question their Integratiy and asked for the car to be inspected for safety reasons and to make sure I don’t buy a lemon . Not a place I will write about positive things about . I have evidence of your agents doing things to peoples accounts and the fact u would just not sell me a car because I asked for it to have a safety inspection is wrong do not ever yell and be abusive to me or the public consumer . It’s wrong unethical furthermore I hope that those who have fallen victim to their scams will join me in a lawsuit against these dishonest car sales men .Sal especially for continuing to threaten my person when calling my cell phone !
