If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't go to Kargenie for a car. I bought my first car here a 2014 Chevy Captiva. I was so dead set on getting the car. First it was I will give you $1000 for your old car I was trading in. The car was 13,999. When I got down there it went up to 20,000 dollars for a car listed in excellent condition on Kelly blue book for 12,000. They tacked on for theft control already installed on the vehicle and tinted windows and automatic locking system. I asked if the car had any issues with the key lock system because my mother's the same car has that problem. He said no it has no problems. That day I bought the car for 15,100 with them telling me I had to write a great review before the deal was done show it to the boss and have them print it out. Before I left that day I noticed cracks in the windshield circled so I took a pic with my new car. When I picked it up the cracks were not fixed and I literally just drove it off the lot. I contacted Jorge on it sent pics of the cracks then pics of me with my new car when I bought it. He promised a new wind shield only to have lied and had me go down to his auto shop for a fill in job which took 2 hours and it wasn't even done in the shop. It was done by a third party who was the rudest man I have ever met. When I told Jorge he said I lied and he was going to fix the windshield not replace. Like that isn't the worst yet my car doors all lock except the passenger side door so now I have to manually lock and unlock the passenger side door. After all this he wants 4 forms I already signed to be signed for the trade in of my old car to be able to be auctioned. Sad just sad. I really thought Jorge and Sal cared about their customers but in all reality they just want you to buy the car so they can make more money and it doesn't matter what condition the car is in they will mickey mouse fix the car so you buy it and once you are off the lot it's your fault. Also watch the windshield they will have it marked then scrub it clean so you are so wowed with the car you don't think to look for the cracks that are still there so when you drive off the lot it is your fault for cracks they didn't attempt to even fix. Go to Enterprise at least they are reliable my parents have bought 4 cars there and if you have a problem with your vehicle within a weeks time they will either fix it or have you exchange the car for another of same value. Don't get swayed as I did stay strong and look else where. Jorge and Sal are out to collect money not help their customers. Also after you buy they will use scare tactics and run toll fees on your trade in car. They will also harass you none stop

hi a am cesar barajas i bought a nissan altima 2016 one week later callme to take the car to the dealer to do smog check the car dont pass the test and the guy tell me to leave the car for a week those people very irresponsables a feel very frustrated with this purchase a thing a goin to proceed legaly with my lawyer dont buy anything at this place because you going to be unhappy please stay away from these junkdealership

After finalizing my loan with their Finance Company getting my welcome package from Finance Company. With payment details first payment date and everything else which is still current. I received a letter from kargenie stating that they are canceling the contracts because they couldn't find a finance company will I have proof and account number that I finalize my loan with the finance company where's the break down at because this letter of termination of contract was mailed out the same day that I finalize my loan with their Finance Company someone isn't doing their job I need my down payment purchase my insurance did everything that was demanded of me but somehow even though I have an account number with a balance no late payments I received a letter they are sending the contract because they can't find to finance company to pick it up someone is behind the ball here we'll see what's up I'm going to call right now and if it turns out I have to give this car back and get my down payment back it's still doesn't cover what it cost to purchase the insurance policy AKA my down payment for my insurance which if I have to get his car back is also late but I can't get it back. I'm going to call and find out cuz my account with the finance company isn't fake. Someone isn't doing their job. The letter was also sent out the same day that I spoke to the finance company to finalize. Do these people not communicate with their Finance Company. Not to mention the car was filthy on the inside filthy on the outside. And there was not one drop of gasoline in the gas tank when I got it. My advice would you might want to talk to the finance company or wait to receive word from the finance company for you send out letters canceling contracts after costing your customers time and money. This is my second car I bought from Car Genie and the service has fallen off Jacob put in work so did John everyone else in the office seems to be lost. But if I have to give my car back over lack of communication. In the office. This review will end up being a complaint to the Better Business Bureau
