Bad experience with my husband. The first guy Harry was super nice but the Guy that last helped him was arrogant. Not a way to talk to customers. Was pushy and felt like he was rushing us “are you taking the car or not” type of attitude. My husband just wanted the details and needed details about the numbers and he seemed offended. High numbers for a used car. Eventually gave us a more reasonable deal. We really wanted the car But because of attitude we simply walked away. Lost a customer.

Truck listed for 17500, when quoted they added more than $2000 in fees for window tint, lojack, and doorguards. What a joke! Lojack added by a used car dealer? How many Silverado LT's don't have factory tint, and what exactly are door guards? Such BS. NONE of the other dealers I received quotes from tried to add $495 for window tint or any extra charges beyond tax, dmv, and documentation...

Highly do not recommend this place. I’ve had my vehicle for two weeks and took it into an authorized dealership to get an oil change (because they lied and told me they did the oil change and they didnt.) The technician and manager of the place I took my car to brought me into the back and told me that they had serious concerns. The car has severe structural damage underneath and it has to be fixed for my safety. They said that the person that tried to fix it welded the parts incorrectly to make a “quick fix it” type thing and that essentially it was all done very wrong and that the damage was severe and was a safety concern. At Kargenie, when I purchased the vehicle, there was no point in time that they stated to me that the car had structural damage. I ASKED them straight forward and they said that the carfax is clean and reports are clean and that the car has no issues. Trust me, I would NEVER pay as much money as I did for a car with structural damage if they would have actually told me. No one in their right mind would have done that. Think about this for a moment: if the owner of this dealership is okay with me driving a car that I paid over $20k for off the lot, knowing very well that it could be an issue to my safety, and didn’t care about that. Imagine what else they would do to sell to you. I would recommend that you do not purchase a vehicle here. It is unfortunate, sad, but the truth. Your safety and well being is a lot more important.

Santiago was awesome but I’m very disappointed in the finance department because they set us both up. I set my appointment up on Tuesday after being told we had a deal. I then drove an hour and a half from Apple Valley on Friday and I was continually given the run around for another hour and a half before being asked for an absurd amount for down payment on a cheap car with high mileage (keep in mind we are in a pandemic right now). After being told we had a second deal personally by the Finance manager I was again turned down after waiting for 4 hours. I’m not pleased at all, and if I was going to go through all of this I’d rather they would have just told me no from the start especially after they told me everything was good to go.

Allen and Ceaser are amazing salesmen. Ceaser was very patient and understanding as we asked several questions. Allen was also very patient as he got me the absolute best deal possible. The level of professionalism and care for their customers is unmatched. I would highly recommend shopping here.

When the Mazda3 we wanted couldn't get decent financing they found a more expensive (and newer, with way less miles) Mazda3 in inventory to finance. Can't tell if I was scammed or not, but I like my car.

had me wait three days and then sold the truck we were talking about never called me .. did not seem to care when i went back
