Bredemann Service

Service at Lexus in Glenview is always top notch! The service staff, Martha and Malinda are wonderful, the car was employees always do an excellent job of cleaning my GX and the facility is well kept and organized. Highly recommend!

We bought our car 2 years ago at park place Lexus in Plano, Texas and have had it in the wilmette area for almost two years now. I found Bredemann Lexus and made an appointment for a detail to prepare it for winter and Martha Turaczy was the service adviser that took care of me. She was excellent and very professional while being kind and caring to make sure we were satisfied. I have brought it to her ever since and she continued to do outstanding work!

Awesome service!

Love taking my car here for service. Everyone here is always so friend and professional. They're very thorough with their work and straightforward about work that needs to be done on your car. Never had issues and will continue to come here always. Christine also talked me into trading my car and I did and was such a positive experience overall. Awesome!

I brought in my 2014 Lexus RX 350 for service when I had almost about 50,000 miles on my vehicle and almost out of warranty. Martin approached me while I waited for a loaner a 2017 Lexus RX 350. I immediately fell in love with the car! The next day, we went over some numbers and see what he can do to make me happy and he did! I would've never thought of trading in my car that soon, but thanks to Christine and Martin and Mike the finance manager, I did and was very happy! Such a positive experience! Thank you all and see you soon!

20,000 mile service

We bought our car in Plano, Texas and we have had it up in the area for almost teo years. We never thought we'd get service and treatment like we did at park place Lexus in Plano, Texas but we were pleasantly surprised the first time we brought our car in to MArtha Turaczy. She took such great care of us and was professional and knowledgeable assell as making us feel that we were the most important customer. We've been bringing it to her ever since and have always been well taken care of.

Strive for excellence

Bredemann was a wonderful experienc. Marvin D. is a an amazing service advisor and should be commended for going out of his way to get the job done right. He is so personable, funny, but also very knowledgable about mechanical issues. His advice and diagnostic skills was invaluable to me. He is truly a good representative of a dealership who strives for excellence. I also would like to thank Pat who was so sweet and professional, whether its providing a loaner or settling the bill. They do a wonderful job.

Honest

After having a bad experience with, I took the car to Glenview. After describing the issue with my car, Marvin knew exactly what I was talking about and got the repairs done in about 2 hours. Also Pat helped me out on pricing for the repair and told me I didn't need some of the stuff other dealer wanted to replace. Thank you Marvin and Pat for being honest.
