She is knowledgeable and guides me in the right direction of what is needed on my car. The customer lounge is pleasant, served warm cookies by a sweet older woman, and my service is finished with a car wash on the exterior and a vacuum of my whole car including hatch as I always request. Great service is the reason we love bringing our car to this location!

My second experience at Bredemann Lexus and it was even better than the first time. I worked with a man in the service department the first time. the service experience was nice but I had Melinda and Martha my second time around and it was exceptional! I came in Without an appointment and was slightly abrupt because I was running on a shirt time frame and the ladies overlooked my rushed demeanor and quickly escalated my repair and had me going in less than 45 minutes. Thank you so much Malinda and martha!

I came in for my 70,000 mile service. Was able to make the appointment that morning. In addition to the service I asked if they would rub out a couple of scratches (which they did at no charge). It was around lunchtime and I was planning on walking to a nearby restaurant and the service agent, Martha, asked if I wanted a ride (I did not). she gave me a card with a number to call if I wanted a ride back. While at lunch I received a call asking if I wanted the brake fluid changed because it was dark and dirty (I agreed). the service was completed on time and at a reasonable cost. Bredeman is consistently excellent and the obvious training and high expectations for the service professionals is obvious. Martha was polite, quick, thorough and easy to deal with. The service experience is consistent with the overall Lexus experience.
