If you in a market for new or used Lexus - this is the place to be. Especially I was impressed by Steve Stover. Knowledgeable of all Lexus line and beyond, technical, excellent personal approach, polite and resourceful. He delivered deal in style. There were not one bit that I wish to improve in whole deal. Makes you feel comfortable - real gentleman. Between my wife and I that was sixths Lexus purchase. That was the best experience we had by far. Price wise there were best too. I did my shopping at all 5 Lexus dealers. Bredemann is the best on trade-in by 25% then McGrath (Chicago) and by 20% better in comparison to Lexus of Palatine. Please tell us any additional comments about your recent service visit: I brought my 2008 Lexus ES350 into Bredemann for scheduled service. I could not be happier with the service I received. My service technician, Jose, was extremely friendly and courteous. He took extra time to explain what was going to be done and what the charges would be. When the work was completed he explained that a recall for the emergency trunk release had to be fixed as part of a recall and because of the inconvenience he had my car filled with gas. Bredemann has taken customer service to a whole different level. I don't know why anyone would ever want to go to a different car dealer.

Over many years I have interfaced with numerous sales representatives in various car agencies. My perception is that many can be overly aggressive, so I was somewhat “on guard” for this approach. This was not the case with our representative, Vasily Kurkov. My wife and I both found him to be courteous and straightforward, and fully responsive to our requests for information or clarifications. Others at the agency were friendly and helpful as one would hope. Overall the buying experience was entirely satisfactory, and I would recommend the sales representative and the agency.

My previous Lexus RX 300 was purchased in 2000 at Bredemann Lexus in Glenview. I recently decided to purchase a new Lexus RX 350 because I wanted bluetooth in my car and wanted to be able to connect my iPhone to the car. This was the first time I would purchase a car by myself without my husband, so of course, I was a bit apprehensive. When I got to Bredemann, I met Steve Stover and he couldn't have been nicer to me. He explained everything to me, answered all of my questions, listened to all the stories that an old woman can tell, and generally made me feel comfortable making an informed decision regarding buying the new Lexus. I told him what I wanted: of course, another Lexus RX, now called the 350, good acceleration and cornering, a red car, navigation and bluetooth, heated seats, and most important, automatic window washers. And, of course, being Bredemann, they had exactly the car that I wanted, with a few extra goodies. Steve guided me through the purchase, explained everything from the purchase forms to how to start the car (no key), to connecting my iPhone, and he transferred all of my contacts and music from my iPhone to the car. I have had my new red Lexus for a week and I actually open the door to the garage just to peek at it. Is it possible to love a car? Yes. Is it possible to love a car salesman? Yes, if it Steve Stover. Is it possible to love a dealership? Well, of course. I have been coming to Bredemann for all these years and they have always treated me with respect and honesty. I wholeheartedly would recommend this dealership and Steve to anyone wishing to buy a great car.

We have driven Lexus cars for a long time. We typically work with Jeff Kaditz in the service department. He has always done whatever he can to accomodate our service needs. He works around our time schedule, is very friendly and offers good advice regardnig the maintenance of our cars. We also just recently purchase two cars at this dealer and consulted with Jeff in the process. We look forward to working with Jeff for many years to come.

Howard took time explaining all the technology on my new 2013ES hybrid. He is by far the most knowledgeable sales person there. He is also a great and patient teacher. After driving the car for several weeks I returned for a refresher. Just when I thought I knew most everything Howard spend 90 minutes with me going over the nuances of the car. He also explained what he thought could be improved through better technology. In addition Howard offered to help explain additional aspects of this "computer on wheels" anytime I come back to the dealership. Since they offer free weekly car washes and Saturday bagel and lox breakfasts I expect to see him often. If you want an honest appraisal of the pluses and minuses of any of the cars at Bredeman I would highly recommend seeing Howard.

The last 6 cars we have purchased have all been from Bredemann Lexus. Recently we went in to purchase a new car for my wife and ended up buying two cars, one for me one for my wife. We have always worked with Howard Meron at Bredemann and enjoy the sales experience. Howard is always patient and works to provide whatever he can to get us the car we are looking for. He is excellent at product knowledge and makes sure we understand how to operate every feature of a car before we drive away. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and willing to do what they can including one of the owner's Marty Bredemann who makes a point of touching base during each visit.
