I had a wonderful experience at Bredemann Lexus in Glenview. Vasily Kurkov was my sale's person. He was very nice and helpful in every single point. If any of my friends will plan to buy Lexus,I'd highly recommend them to go to Bredemann and buy with Vasily!

Vasily was very helpful and professional from time we entered the dealership and we were never made to feel pressured to buy. I enjoyed shopping for the car. I did not intend to purchase a car that day but I did due to the great deal I was offered by Bredemann Lexus!! Everyone was so courteous and professional and the dealership has so much to offer versus other dealerships I have visited. Vasily helped with how the car worked after I bought it and I thought it was so nice of him to call me about a week later and ask if I needed further help also that I could come in and he would help me.

I visited Bredemann Lexus twice before I finally made my purchase. Both occasions I dealt with Vasily Kurkow, a very fine young man. Very polite and well mannered.He made me feel very comfortable and not pressured. Vasily gave me a test drive on both occasions and he explained all the features of the vehicle,gave me a tour of the dealership and encouraged any questions that I might have. Very smooth experience. We came to an agreement and I was to pick up my new car on Saturday. Vasily was with another client when I arrived and Steve Stover assisted me with the final paper work and delivery of my new Lexus. Steve also was very polite and well mannered and was extremely helpful in the explanation of the inner workings of the vehicle. I asked a lot of questions and Steve was extremely patient and was not satisfied until I was completely satisfied. Once again very smooth and easy. Once I took delivery Vasily came to congratulate me and assured me if I have any more questions he or Steve would be happy to help me. Monday morning Vasily called me and asked if everything was OK. Very thoughtful. I came back a couple of times to ask Vasily questions about the car and once again he patiently explained and answered my questions. First class dealership. Highly recommend Steve Stover. He is a pleasure to deal with. He is very bright and highly knowledgable about all aspects of the cars he sells. The new Lexus has quite a few high tech components in terms of radio and GPS. He was terrific at time of purchase as well as subsequent questions I've had. We had a great experience. No pressure. Our many questions were answered and the test drive was great. When we came to pick up our car, things went very quickly and the explanation of our new hi-tech vehicle was thorough.

My wife and I really enjoyed the shopping experience with Steve. He was low key and never gave us a phone call in the week long process of buying the car. Steve accommodated are requests involving our trade -in and we feel that the deal for the new car was fair. The entire dealership was professional and did not do the continual calling like other dealerships do.
