I financed a car from them they told me that if I make payments on time I can get it exchanged well when I tried the first time they said my credit wasn’t hood enough (that was on Kingston) the ole Ben Franklin on Clinton hwy called me to see if I wanted to trade so I told him what was said and he basically said that they over priced this car and I’ll have to pay at least half or more before I am get a trade and not to mention the financing company is janky to they want the money but don’t want to help anyone when a hardship happens. Is there anyone I can talk to about this.

O BEN IS AN OK DEALERSHIP HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING MY CAR TAGS THOUGH ITS BEEN 60 DAYS STILL NO TAGS. I THINK THATS MOSTLY BECAUSE THE SALES PERSON I DELT WITH IS LAZY AND DOES NOT WANT TO HELP HIS NAME IS BERNARD HARROLD AND AFTER HE MADE THE SALE HE JUST MOVED ON HE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE . IF I WERE YOU I WOULD REQUEST ANY SALES PERSON BESIDES BENARD HARROLD YOU WOULD BE MUCH BETTER OFF WITH SOMEONE ELSE....

You guys are the best! Thank you Jesse and chaz for putting me in a brand new car and on the same day I came in . You helped me and my family out so much .

When looking to possibly get into a vehicle with little no money down, after being passed around a bit, 1 person took some personal info then left to talk to someone and asked me to wait, at no time was I informed that the info taken was being used to pull a Hard Inquiry on my credit. I have verified the pull is on my credit report. At no time did I give permission for my credit to be pulled and I signed nothing allowing it. I will be looking in to my legal rights regarding this activity. Tate was one of the people I was passed to.

I went to Ole Ben Franklin on Kingston Pike and they were excellent. They got me in a nice vehicle and the person who helped me was awesome! Kelsie was amazing. I went there looking for a car that was affordable. The person that came to help was Cody. Anytime that we had a question that he could not answer he went to find out the answer. I was only going to spend so much and he kept checking with his manager to make sure we were happy with the price. It had some spots on in and that is one reason that I wanted to make sure that everything was in good working order. we had asked for tire caps and they did not give them to us. It also did not get detailed when I drove it off the lot and I did not like that. It smelled like smoke and they said that they could fix that when they detailed it but it is strong. I have to go back to get it detailed and see about getting the hood fixed It had a spot on the hood where the paint was coming off and we wanted to get that fixed. There is a place on the back where it looks like they backed into something. They said that I would have to see how much it would be to fix that and I do not know if it is going to get fixed. They did not look the car over very well at the dealership. when I got home I noticed that I needed a windsheld whipper and a light in the front. I also noticed that one of the headlights had a film on them and that it would not come off unless you get a whole new light. The people were nice and everything i just do not know how I feel about sending people there to get a car since they do not look the car over very well and do not clean it out or detail it when you buy. When I got home I had to take trash out of the car that the person before me left. It was an ok experience but I do not know how I feel about everything.

Never go to ole Ben's Franklin motors I bought a 2020 Mitsubishi outlander sport two weeks ago the steering wheel was off had alignment done found out front tires were showing cords took it back no help from them spent 300.00 on new tires plus when I bought it drivers window didn't work wasn't going to take it back so I took it apart there is a board holding the window up that going to be a few hundred more to fix it they said they had checked the car over good thing I didn't get killed because they have such a great crew checking them out lol if I could I would take that piece of xxxx back it only has 54000 miles on it

Asked to deal with one person spoke to 3 next day so went elsewhere to purchase vehicle
