Nolan is the BEST

My 23 Dodge Ram 1500 was randomly changing to TOM TOM Nav & it was a TOTAL pain. Found out I needed a computer update. Nolan took time to get it set up and explained it to me & then sat down with me in my truck while it updated for at least 25-30 or more to explain a lot of other things to me. I had just finished reading the ENTIRE manual so it was great to get to some of the finer points on the truck. He took time to explain it so I could understand it and was very courteous and patient with me. Thanks NOLAN!

Never again.

Never again. Still Water in the tail light. Details was a bad job. Never go there stay away.

Great service and people

I recently brought my jeep in to fix a complicated issue. While it took a little longer than expected, the shop was persistent and committed to solving the problem. They communicated well and got the problem fixed. I would 100% recommend them to anyone for purchasing a vehicle or service.

Salesman lied about condition of vehicle.

Salesman lied about condition of vehicle. I was sent pictures of the vehicle except the large dent covering 4 sections of the side panel. After signing the deal he tells me there’s a small dent in the side. I told him if he can get a dent guy to make it disappear I would be happy. 10 days later he sends blurry shadowed pics. I ask about the dent he says it’s fixed you can barely tell it’s so small. I said send it to me and I’ll have to see it in person. It’s so bad I take it to a dent person and they give me a price of $3400 to fix or $2800 to repair and paint. Called, texted and emailed Jerry Fultz (sales) and he told me too bad you own it. Tried several more times and same answer. Lying, cheating xxxxxxx of a person and the dealership.

Experience could have been better.

Experience could have been better. I bought a 2024 1500 Ram Laramie. After having 277 miles on the truck. Trucks battery dies, Engine, ABS, Trailer Break, Powertrain Signs on. I ended up taking to another dealer and error codes up to two pages long. I reached out to the person that sold me the truck, and he stated that is common after battery jump. I asked to have someone from management to reach out to me. When they did their inspection on the battery was good. How does the brand new TRUCK dies. No response. I will never buy another vehicle from them. Truck with 336 Miles with issues. Doesn't make any xxxx sense. I was excited not anymore... I'm so PISSED.

We are very pleased with our purchase. We got a great deal and they delivered the car to us in North Carolina. We highly recommend this dealership.

2016 Ram 3500

Great experience! Jim was great and very professional. Was able to show me numbers before me and my son committed to purchase. Also great to talk with him about his service to our country! My only concern not a complaint is I wish the truck could have the work done to get it fixed a little sooner. Still waiting on the truck to be delivered. Stated it would take a week. Again no complaint just a wish. With that being said I know the guys in the shop are busy and I want the work on a truck the we just purchased to be done right! But a great experience and I am the type of person that values good people to do business with! I would do busy with this dealership and Jim again! Can’t commit on the quality of work yet due to not having the truck yet.

Haggle free experience!!!

Thanks to Brandon Bell, he helped us from the day we met him up until driving out new Jeep. It was one of the best car buying experience had at Don Jackson's.

2023 Grand Cherokee Overland

Everyone I interacted with was exceptional in courtesy and professionalism. I NEVER had a better car buying experience. When a tiny issue surfaced I was surprised beyond words at the length they went to solve it and make sure I was delighted with the result.

Exceptional experience
