Oil change

I took my car in to get an oil change, and everything went very smoothly and quickly. The next day arrived to work, and there was coolant leaking from underneath my car and the car was “smoking”. I contacted the dealership they came out and towed my car back to the dealership while I was at work Figured it must’ve been just an overfill on the coolant because there were no other problems and then delivered my car back to me while I was at work. I would highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service as the staff there are wonderful.

Trust

I saw the vehicle online. And made an inquiry the dealer got back to me quickly. After talking to the salesman I had enough trust in him to drive 2-1/2 hrs to drive and buy the truck. Thanks Cory and don jackson.

Happy Customer!

Buying a new car is often a stressful process, but because everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable, I can say this was my best car buying experience yet. This is my third Jeep Cherokee! I knew what I wanted and had done a lot of research before going in also. Ibraim was gracious during the test drive, answered all of my questions and helped me set up CarPlay. My last Cherokee was a 2017 so a lot of the features were new to me. He explained how to change the display and we talked about the new safety features. It’s nice when everyone is nice to you, I would send my grandma there to buy a car!

Long Distance Done Right!

Although this deal was done remotely, the entire team kept the process rolling while keeping the line of communication open. Proving in this day and time, borders have no boundaries when it comes to purchasing a vehicle.

RAM Maintenance

Truck required an oil change and tire rotation. The service personnel were professional and proficient. Task was completed within the allotted time. It was very easy to drop the truck off and pick it up when the job was completed.

Great Service

The service department, sales department and financing! Everyone is great at Don Jackson. We couldn’t be happier with them. Quick, responsive, so helpful. Took my Ram there for service, which was amazing, then ended up buying our vehicle there as well. From start to finish, amazing service l. Just took our car in for its first service and they were quick!

Custom Build Rubicon X w/ MT

Corey Johnson was actually an honest sales representative. We initially spoke on the phone and was transparent about the custom build process and when my Rubicon X came in early he kept it for me as I was not able to pick it up until after I am however skeptical of the PDI service as the windshield wiper fluid only had the concentrate and was not diluted with distilled water. I noticed it after I made it home. I noticed Corey immediately and he asked if I could bring it in the morning but I went in bought some distilled water and filled up the resoviour.
