Jeep Wagoneer

Corey was our salesperson, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I give him 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. However, the finance person and process were insufficient and vague. My husband had to ask for the paperwork to "see the numbers" more than once and ask for an explanation of the details of the terms. It was unsettling.

Excellent Job

Excellent job on an express oil change and four tire rotation for my Jeep Wrangler. Very comfortable facilities and service was very quick. Highly recommended.

I always go to Paula or Nolan to have my Jeep service. They are both awesome! Services finishes on time. Will definitely recommend this dealership to my co-workers and friends.

Tried to sell me $895 detail package for armour all and

Tried to sell me $895 detail package for armour all and windex. Tried to charge $1295 for LoJack which I refused. Finance guy unprofessional, didn't introduce himself as the finance guy just walked in and started talking rates. Another sales guy faked a ploy like he had an interested buyer in the car we were looking at. We were the only customers there! Sales guy was a dud, did not know his own inventory and his only input was that the car was blue. We found it $1000 cheaper online from the list price which was honored after showing him the add. Do not recommend this dealership.

Eric Palmer assisted us with buying a Volkswagon we found

Eric Palmer assisted us with buying a Volkswagon we found on line, and this is more of a review of how he personally assisted us. It is a pleasure to work with someone who does precisely what they promise. After a few decades of working with contractors and salesmen I never do surveys unless something is really different. Eric made sure a couple of items ( minor but obvious ) on the car were fixed before we even left the dealership, and arranged for an amazing "dent-guy" to perform magic on blemishes at a very reasonable rate. He did, of-course, offer all the invoice add-ons like warranties and such, that dealers encourage, and gave the features they provide but did not do or say anything slippery or twisted. Seems that transparency and honor might becoming rare, so, I think Eric deserves better than my usual avoidance of reviews.

Oil Change/Tire Rotation

Quick and easy! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The waiting room always clean and stocked with complimentary coffee and a snack... wouldn't go anywhere else!

Oil change

I took my car in to get an oil change, and everything went very smoothly and quickly. The next day arrived to work, and there was coolant leaking from underneath my car and the car was “smoking”. I contacted the dealership they came out and towed my car back to the dealership while I was at work Figured it must’ve been just an overfill on the coolant because there were no other problems and then delivered my car back to me while I was at work. I would highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service as the staff there are wonderful.

Trust

I saw the vehicle online. And made an inquiry the dealer got back to me quickly. After talking to the salesman I had enough trust in him to drive 2-1/2 hrs to drive and buy the truck. Thanks Cory and don jackson.
