They are very accommodating in scheduling service. The service is always done in a timely matter. They inform you about what is recommended for repair but are never pushy about it. The staff is ALWAYS very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have had all my work done there and will continue to do.

The service department is great. The sales department is no good. I had to purchase my new vehicle the first of March with another Honda dealer. Service Department is great.

Recall 2018 CR-V
This was a factory recall. I have since learned the nature of the recall, which I wish Honda was more up front about. The oil was changed for a REASON, I had just changed the oil a thousand miles before and had used full synthetic. One other issue that I had with my 2018 Honda CR-V Touring was with the SiriusXM radio not working properly. I visited the dealer on two dates in which I was service immediately, but the issue took a few months before Honda and SiriusXM worked out the bugs.
