Honda Odyssey

I had been considering looking for another used vehicle for the last six months. When this vehicle was listed, I inquired on-line and went down the next day to see the vehicle. The sales agent, Bryan, was extremely helpful answering my questions and providing history. He took care of all my concerns and had the proper repairs completed. When the vehicle was ready he had all the paperwork; plates; etc. ready to go. It was one of the best used car purchase experience. We continue to have our vehicles maintained and serviced at Jim Riehl's because our experiences have always been great.

A great experience

Our 4th Cadillac, sales ( Eleanor Knapp) & Service Randy Guitar are always on the top of their game. All staff are also very attentive to your needs.

confused on title question - i own my company

was going to lease another jeep grand Cherokee but once we went to the dealership they discussed the xt5 with us we decided to lease it

Jim Riehl's Friendly Honda

As always , any time I have a reason to deal with Jim Riehl's Honda, it is outstanding customer service! If it is an oil & lube, tire rotation or leasing a new Honda, everyone there goes above and beyond to make it smooth and easy. I am always treated with respect and dignity . They are also cognizant of my time. I have leased 6 Hondas' over the years and have my maintenance done there. I won't ever change dealerships.

Car repair

The service manager Jerry Thabet was outstanding and went above and beyond to help me with the car repair for my daughter's Accord! The service was great for a very reasonable price given the age and number of miles on this vehicle. We are trying to get our daughter through college with this car and Jerry could.not have been more accommodating or helpful!! Thank you Jerry!

I walked in with no appointment. Brian Semkiew took care of me from start to finish. fast and friendly I was very happy and that is why I get my oil changes at the dealership.
