Friendly Atmosphere & Upfront Details.Highly Recom

Spent a few hours dealing with the folks here and wasn't quite able to make a deal, but the experience was worlds better than most other dealerships. The staff, from salesmen to finance were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They were extremely good at outlining our purchase and paynent options and were still friendly when we were unable to agree on a price. Their cars were well maintained and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car

Awesome Experience!

I had a great experience at this dealership. I was shopping around for a very long time and everyone turned me down but the sales team and finance department helped me get into a 2020 BMW X5 ! I am so excited that I was able to get the vehicle that I actually wanted and I was not forced into a vehicle I did not want. I def will be recommending my friends and family here. Thank you NY Luxury Motors for a great experience !

Worst dealership!!!

Worst dealership,I called them to ask about a car that they said it’s the price that you see on the website which was 16,950 and I came all the way from Connecticut 6 hours driving to find out that the price is just for show the real price was 23,000!!!

Stay away

These guys are crooks. The advertise false prices. They add additional charges including if you’re paying cash! Read their own fine print before showing up.

Can’t believe the way they do business.

I made a OK$500.00 deposit for 2018 GLE 350 on the 10th of January 22. 03 the 13th I called and let them know I changed my mind and requested the money back. The salesman promised to return in 5 business days,but never did.I kept calling so many times at last went twice all the way from NJ. Still they have not returned the money.

Dealership is a Godsend!

An awesome dealership, sales persons Javon and Sharlene really went the full yards to make this happen for me their cares and concerns were greatly appreciate!, it’s nice to go to a dealership where they put your needs first I recommend this for anyone who’s looking for a positive outcome,… amazing!!!

Awful experience

Went to purchase a used car. One of their "dealerships"was the first floor of a house. No one was there. Called them and then I waited 20 minutes for someone to show up to show me the car. Then I drove to another "dealership" to discuss my options. When I said I was going to pay cash the guy said good for you. Then I was told the price listed was the price before the 20% down payment. What??? They had to add 20% to that price because I wasn't financing. I would never recommend this place.

WORST EXPERIENCE

I drove from Brooklyn to Long Island on a Saturday morning expecting to leave with a car however, I left feeling outraged and disrespected by Devon. After a great and pleasant, previous experience in the Queens location, I thought I'd receive the same in the Long Island shop but it was probably the absolutely opposite. I was helped by DEVON and this man was extremely aggressive and rude for absolutely no reason. As soon as I asked for an appraisal on my trade-in car, not only did he give me the lowest value out of the 10-15 dealerships that I've been to, he started questioning my integrity. On top of that, he began to spam call my contact at the other dealership to question how they were able to get me a better offer on my trade-in vehicle. When we began to discuss the price of the car of interest, he added about $8K on top of the listed price in fees. I understand that fees are unavoidable, but not $8K worth of fees. Of course, I began to question what the fees were and why they were so high compared to their other location. Instead of explaining to me what the fees were and trying to sell me the car, he began questioning the validity of my previous offer. Again, he spam called my other dealer and when he insisted on putting him on speakerphone, the other dealer hung up on him. There was absolutely no reason to spam call a separate dealer just to attempt to invalidate a previous offer of mine. What he did was ruin my relationship with the other dealer. Instead, why not try and put your best foot forward on the car I'm looking at? DEVON was probably the worst car salesman and most SHADY car salesman I've spoken to and I would rather pay more money to another salesman than do business with a man like him. If anyone is visiting the Long Island location and you are serviced by Devon, please do your best to request for someone else. I can't speak to any of the other car salesman there but all I can do is guarantee that you will not enjoy your experience there with Devon.
