STAY AWAY
I left a $500 deposit with them and was not approved so they promised they would refund me and 2 weeks later I’m still getting the same “3-5 business day” runaround. Do not go to these people. I will be filing a police report and contacting an attorney.

No refund with no purchase!
I went to this place look for a car that was posted for 21k. Sales rep Shaq attended us and informed that after their warranty the price spike will be 28k. I wanted to know what my monthly payment would be but according to them they would not be able to tell me that unless I gave them a 1000 dollar down payment that would be refundable after 3 days if I did not wish to go through with the purchase. On top of the 1000 dollar down payment I had to add the vehicle under my Insurance as well to get the final price of monthly payments. I may also add that they reviewed my credit report prior to me signing consent. I later had signed it after they had already ran my credit. To shorten the story I didn’t go through with the deal and was told by Arturo Lopez that I will get a refund on money that I payed with my debit card as I didn’t do it through my credit card because they were going to charge a 30 percent fee, “ the return will happen within 3 days”. Keep in mind I went there on 11/29/2021. After 2 weeks of non stop calls to this shady dealership I still have not gotten my refund. On top of that they requested me to send them a picture of my debit card on Thursday 12/09 so they can refund my money, because who knows how disorganized this business is that they did not have my information anymore. It is now 12/13 and my money is still no where to be found and these people refuse to answer my calls each time I call, they have their receptionist Deja relaying messages. I dealt with the Manager about 3 times (Arturo Lopez), each time told me he will call me back and will provide a confirmation number. Till this day I have not received anything. I will post an update if and when they decide to return my money, as today they said they will email me my confirmation refund receipt, still waiting… 12/14 : update: I called yesterday again and Arturo refused to speak to me again and told his receptionist to relay the message that I will get my confirmation number. Guess what?! Still no confirmation number. Deja (receptionist) wanted to get nasty with me, she asked me for my phone number I told her you already have All my information why do I need to provide it again, you even requested a picture of my debit card so u can refund my money (which I emailed them previously). She said “don’t you want us to text you the confirmation number” I told her no I want it via email. still waiting for a reply from these incompetent people.

Watch Finance Charges
Just a buyer beware note. I called on a vehicle to verify price and other associated costs. Once I told them we were paying cash, the wanted to add 20%. This, I was told, Was because they rely on fees for financing customers. The cat was $33k... So there "opportunity cost" for not financing a customer was $6,600.00. Not saying that they are being shifty, But this is not a good thing. If you are financing, just make sure you understand all the fees and charges

Our experience at NY Luxury Motors
My son and I came to NY Luxury Motors to purchase a car for me yesterday. Our salesperson was Angel. He was extremely professional, courteous and had a wonderful sense of humor. Angel made the whole process seamless. We will be returning today to complete the paperwork and with God's help I will drive my car home. I would highly recommend Angel for anyone who is looking to purchase a used car. The office was clean and neat. My son and I were very impressed with the service we received. Thank you.

Worst delership
Their internet price is fake. They lie and say that the cars are certified & have to charge $2000- $4,000 more…. Whole time the cars have been in accidents, has engine problems, transmission issues and have not been touched since they got them from the auction.They lie and say it’s better to finance than to pay cash or go through a credit union. They lie and make their employees write fake reviews. The sales team do the best that they can and they still blame them for there being no customers instead of realizing that the dealership is just a negative, disgusting run down place. Just a bunch of grown men with extremely low vibrations who don’t know how to clean up after themselves. Good luck with selling more than 4 cars a month.

Professionalism, Quality Value
NY Luxury Motors is great facility. Angel is very professional and knowledgeable. He made the buying process very easy and time-efficient. The car is in excellent condition, and value is affordable. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit them. Great Experience.

Best Service Ever- Angel
Angel did everything in his ability to make sure I was able to get my car throughout bumps. He wore his mask and the environment was really clean. The place is sanitary and he was very respectful. He did everything to make sure that we were comfortable. My mom is very happy and I am as well. He did everything in his ability to make sure that my mom and I stayed calm and positive throughout the entire process. Truly one of the best car representatives I’ve ever came across. I recommend Angel. I would rate him more than 5 stars if possible. I recommend anyone and everyone to come to him.
