Impeccable Customer Service

I can't put into any other word than impeccable for my experience with the deal and staffs. I went in just scrolling and trying to see if I would buy anything since my experiences at other dealerships have been a disaster. I can tell you that even with COVID-19 my experience was phenomenal. I walked out with a car; 2017 Acura ilx. No more public transportation for me. Thank you all.

Much Respect

I Had a great experience purchasing my 2018 Infiniti Q50. They were thorough explaining the certification process that the cars go through and helped me with the financing. Amazing team!!!

The people at NY LUXURY MOTORS were friendly and attentive to my needs. My car was taken in for servicing in a very timely fashion. All this on a busy Friday morning and without any inconvenience. This wasn’t my first trip to this dealership but each time the service was outstanding and my deal always the most convenient for my budget, It was a pleasure doing business with them. Oh, and by the way, should you be in the market for a new or slightly used Car give Erick a call. Their inventory is quite simply outstanding. An all around rewarding experience.

Scam! False Advertising! Don’t get fooled!

Avoid this place it’s a total ripoff scam!! at its finest, just when you thought 2020 couldn’t get any worse here it is. Out shopping for a vehicle saw a few listings online and decided to call ny luxury motors their listing prices seemed reasonable. Decided to stop in at their location in Elmont NY to check out the car. Asked to see the car and speak with a sales rep. Big Mistake should have walked right back out instead. As soon as we sat down I inquired about a vehicle which had a listing price of $19,990 written on the internet ad and at the vehicle ( now usually if you have a vehicle listed at that price then that’s the price you’re asking for the vehicle, right? One would think ) told the sales rep I’d like to pay cash or cert check as I don’t need financing, she informed me that the listing price isn’t the final price on the vehicle from a cash perspective, raised an eye brow however I continued inquiring I was guessing it may have been 1-2k dealer fees and misc fees being attached to that price as that has been my experience when buying new or used vehicles in the past. She went on to write up a document and slide it over to my side of the table. It went sort of like this: List price: $19,990, Finance Price: $25,990, Cash Price: $31,990 with the final price listed as $31,990 now what that included was a $4,995 dealership certification fee $5,000 misc fees $2,000 dmv registration and plate fees. At this point I asked why the vehicle was listed at $19,990 if that’s not even remotely close to what myself or any other customer would be paying. My question was instantly met with “ I don’t come to your job and tell you how to do it “ I then ( should have walked out ) proceeded to ask her for a manager. She got on the phone with someone and proceeded to talk about our discussion then promptly hung up. Got back to me and told me that the price I had listed on the paper was the absolute bottom line price. At that point I inquired about another vehicle of similar make and model as the original turns out this vehicle was even more marked up with these elaborate “ fee’s “ at that point I told her I wished they hadn’t posted these vehicles online listed at these false prices as this is a complete ripoff to anyone that doesn’t know any better and doing business like this is completely shady. Then I left the stealership, after that I got in my car and decided to give the manager a call and ask him why he would run his business this way as it’s downright lying to people openly not even pretending to hide it albeit I was wise to this however what if someone is a first time buyer, I’d want to know info like this if it was my first time. He then proceeded to tell me if I didn’t like the prices then why I even bothered to come in, I simply said they assured me over the phone that is the price of the vehicle and he proceeded to raise his voice in defense of his deplorable business dealings after he realized I was onto his scam. And quickly hung up the phone. This whole experience was a joke and a complete waste of my time so do yourself a favor, avoid these situations and never fall prey to this kind of foolery.
