Great service, knowledgable, friendly, patient

Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, was interested in what I had to say & patient with me as I described reason for my call (recall notice). Mike in Service Dept answered my questions & showed me how to properly use a button on the console. I’m embarrassed that I cannot recall the name of the woman in Service Dept because she in particular welcomed me & showed me what to do & what to provide for my service needs

Great service

Felix Brito and Byrone Hall are the best! Also thanks to the parts department and the mechanics. Facilities are well kept too

Great service

I love that there is a shuttle service available to take you home and pick you up. Everyone was very professional and courteous.

Fast and Great Service

Friendly staff, I was informed on how long the service will take and I was in and out. The waiting area is clean and provides coffee and water.

Recent schedule oil change and warranty inspection

Upon arrival earlier than appointed scheduled time, I was quickly attended to courteous and attended service. My reason for services was already pre-documented and pending services discussed with me and any other concerns queried. Something, I appreciated very much.

Good service, prompt and thorough

Car was taken promptly and finished close to the time predicted. I wish service costs were still covered by the leading, but understand that must cut into the dealer’s profits.

Customer Service

I didn't like the customer service I received. The representative told me ge would have a porter take me home, he did not. He did not set the correct expectations and he did not attempt to correct poor customer service. Instead, he laughed. Very disaapponted.
