General Manager made good

The General Manager, Tom King held true to the Gerald promise: he made sure that my sister who referred me was taken care of. I have made several payments and my sister never received her referral fee but Mr. King took care of it even though I had mentioned it to several sale employees every time I came to Gerald.

Friendly, Professional Customer Service

Great customer service. As soon as I arrived the staff members were very attentive and friendly. The facility was clean, they provided water, coffee, and answered all my concerns.

New car purchase

Jamie Storako was pleasant to work with. She honored a price quote and answered all of our questions. I don't think it was her fault, but the buying process took too long.

Great

Jamie was very warm and wanted to make sure all in all I felt safe. She was very kind and made everything I asked for happen. I felt everything was thoroughly explained each time and also while we were setting my car up inside.
