I have dealt with numerous Honda Dealerships over the

I have dealt with numerous Honda Dealerships over the years, but I have never dealt with one that had such POOR customer service. I took over a month to receive my vehicle from when we signed the paperwork. It has taken over 5 months to receive paperwork that normally takes 30 days.

Had to have my car towed to Gerald Honda and Ryan in the

Had to have my car towed to Gerald Honda and Ryan in the service department took care of my car all the way from when the tow truck dropped it off untill the repairs were completed. I literally only had to show up at the dealership to pay and they took care of the rest.

My experience with service with Ryan was wonderful.

My experience with service with Ryan was wonderful.. Ryan was patient and I was informed every day about the proress of my service and claim. All repairs was explained in full and I felt very cared for. As a 76 year old female, I have felt very vunerable but I felt safe with Ryan.
