I visited the dealership to see a specific vehicle. My sales representative, George, honored my wish to see no other vehicles and made the process as quick and painless as possible. Upon finding some blemishes that could be repaired, George made sure that they were each addressed prior to completing the deal. The extra care and concern made the overall buying experience a positive one.

I've always thought how scary and stressful it would be going to a dealer. Coming here was not that. I had a good time. Everything was explained to me very very well. Atanas was really nice and helpful.

We bought a QX70S, 1 yr old model. Were told the car had remote start, started through the phone, no charge for it, and that it had XM Radio, free forever also. The remote start was a deal breaker for me. After taking possession of the vehicle, turns out it did not have remote start, and the XM radio is not free forever. We can have it free for 3 months on a used car purchase. But it wasn't even set up for us when we picked up the car. I am working on getting the remote start issue resolved. As of today I should be getting a phone call letting me know what they will do about it. BUT.... why didn't they make that decision when I went back in and told them about it? Why the wait? Right away they should have said they would put one in at no charge to me. Makes me wonder what the phone call will be about. Stay tuned for the outcome. That will determine whether this is a good review, because they stand by their salespeople, or totally bad. I will not name the salesperson yet. Seems like he just assumed it did because the vehicle had everything else in it. But... he should have checked.

George,JP and Amin were.great. They each were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They were very honest and made us feel comfortable.

I purchased my previous Infiniti car at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. I was please with the sales and service staff. I traded in my car for a new car this past week. My sales representative Dodie Manaloto was helpful and there for me every step of the way. The Sales and Service Manager John Panousopoulos found the exact car we wanted, out of state. John arranged everything and had it sent to them. I received a very fair price for my car, and on the day picking up my new car, everything was perfect. John had my car detailed, and I could not be more pleased. I would highly suggest getting an Infiniti and purchasing it at Hoffman Estates.
