After months of looking for a 2014 Q50 Premium lease back vehicle with low miles our search seemed to have come to an end when we located our car on their website. We called Walt and arranged for him to have the car ready to show us as we were flying in from Tennessee. We actually had two cars to look at but were very impressed with the one we purchased. Having spent several weeks trying to locate a very specific used vehicle, I happened across the exact match I was looking for through an Auto Trader add. Although I realized this vehicle was located half way across the country, my curiosity was peaked and I decided to contact Infiniti of Hoffman Estates via Auto Trader Online Chat to see if in fact the vehicle was still available. Immediately I was asked if they had my permission to contact me directly and within minutes Dodie Manaloto called. Dodie worked with me over the next several hours on a Wednesday afternoon to ensure my trust in Infinity of Hoffmann Estates and most importantly the quality and condition of the vehicle. By Thursday evening after a discussion with my wife, as this is something neither of us had done before, my decision was made and I was headed half way across the country to Chicago IL. I was still a little apprehensive when I arrived, but Dodie quickly put any fears I had to rest. He greeted me as a friend and took the time necessary for me to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, never once rushing me or pressuring me to close the deal. Within a few short hours, I inspected every feature, conducted a rigorous test drive, completed the necessary paperwork and headed home. In retrospect, about the only disappointment I had was caused by the fact I wanted to beat 5 o’clock Friday rush hour traffic, was not getting to enjoy some famous Chicago deep dish pizza. Sales representative was great person and well informed about models and options. He cared about the whole process... Explained a lot about the car before, during test drive and also about the paperwork process. It was long process to buy the car, when hours pass by hunger kicks in and promises of next 5-10 minutes for another step were keeping us from leaving to get some food and back when all is ready. We spend 5 hours total and we are happy with the choice. The deal was great and only that kept us in this long process - you only buy car once per 5-10 years.
