Brought a car from this place.

Brought a car from this place. They said it was missing a sensor and they will call me when the sensor came in. They never called. I had to keep calling. I finally spoke to the mechanic and he said the sensor been in. He told them and they just never gave me a call All this while the check engine light is on finally got it took to them to fix the issue in which I thought it was fixed brought it in to get an inspection since I live in Pennsylvania and every time I take it to get inspected a consistently says not ready to be tested. I brought this car in January. It is now June. They also didn’t tell me that each tire Has wheel locks on them now I have to pay to get that room. Why still have no car inspection

Very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. I wad denied a loan with them and then immediately approved a loan with another bank for the same kind of car with the same money. Horrible and never again. I will spread the word

It amazes me that you can go to a car lot, test drive a car, look it over, be ready to buy it, be ready to pay for it (no financing), and then have everything grind to a halt. I've bought so many cars, and have never experienced that before. Even after this whole experience, there's still a part of me that really wants to believe the story :: "It hasn't been checked out yet, so we've got to get it in to the mechanic first before I let you buy it." But I need to complete this deal now. You've got it listed online. It's on the lot. It isn't ready for sale? "No, but we can fill out the paperwork now and I'll call you by the end of the day tomorrow." Next day comes. 5pm. Nothing. So I call them. He's in a meeting. Message, "he says it's some kind of misfiring" "Might not be ready tomorrow, he's not sure". Next day comes. Nothing. So I drive the 45 minutes out there again. "Oh, he called you." No, no one called me. "Oh, well, we have to replace the engine. The engine is bad. I can't sell it to you now." But it's right there by the sales door. (And I drove that car hard the other day - no engine light, felt great) "Right because I'm not selling it right now, not until I get the parts I'm waiting for." Okay, then, I'll take my signed paperwork back, please. (because I'm not leaving paperwork with our signatures there) Can't find the paperwork. Three people looking for ten minutes before they find it. Seriously. And they were "gonna call" us. I always want to think the best of people, even now. But. When you don't follow through on the little things (calling someone back, giving a clear message), you sure can't be believed about the big things. You'll never convince me otherwise :: he's holding on to that car to sell to someone who needs financing, to make more money on it, and just casually wasted hours and hours of my time. The worst part is, that was the perfect car for what we needed, and I hated disappointing my person. Got our hopes up and then yanked out. Extremely frustrating.

It’s been a month and still don’t have my plates or registration, I need to get car register in my home state and the temporary plate will expire in next couple days. I have never dealt with a situation that a dealership is not able to get this done in a decent amount of time. Learning experience not everything that looks good is good!

BAIT AND SWITCH!

BAIT AND SWITCH! Save your time! The vehicles they post on ads are lures. I went here over the weekend because their website claimed to have 15 vehicles in inventory for under $5k. (Shopping for a teen’s first car.) Note, they have two locations. Went to Burlington location and told them what I was interested in. Man who said he’s the owner said the cheaper cars are in Bordentown. Proceeded to Bordentown, they wouldn’t show me cars in the lot. They just wanted to show me their inventory list. Every car on the list they either told me “it has a transmission problem” or otherwise talking me out of the car, OR telling me it was at the Burlington location. Then wanted to show me cars in the $10k range. Scam artists.

Gave a deposit on a vehicle on April 1 by Zelle, the sales person Moe was out for 2 weeks. I’ve called no less than 9 times to have someone either sell me the car or have my deposit refunded. Well after 15 days I bought a car somewhere else. I’ve called the last three days I’ve called 3 times a day and it’s always “we’ll have someone call you back” Come on man… return my money!
