Worst dealership I ever dealt with no remorse at all about the issue I had with a pick up truck I bought it had been motidfied and the differential went out a 4000.00 dallors job

Worst customer service every had an issue getting my plates and tractions stabilized light come on passenger side glass hard to open and driver door knob broke off. So 1 trip was for temporary plate 2 issues was light coming on this first month now the differential stop working and I told them I was using it for work and they said no problem gave us warranty that was denied for that reason! Each trip there from pa and nothing was found in the light issue but didn’t give me a copy stating that? Door knob and window we don’t cover that your responsibility to repair. Now the truck down and he not coming to the phone at all after calling numerous times. Also call the store not far that brand the same name and not getting to speak to a manager at all after several calls. If you’re buying from them take pictures and keep records of everything you can. It will help in the long run

Great experience buying my x5 2015 gray low miles candace was amazing helpful and she walk me threw all the stipulation from appointment to test drive to finance even she helped me with insurance

Horrible customer service vehicle has been in an accident not listed on car fax 2018 m550 must get pre approved to do a test drive “so you don’t waste our time and your time.” Do not recommend to purchase a vehicle from here at all.

First let me say that if we had read the reviews before going to check out the vehicles at CARNDRIVE, we would not have gone there, after our friend recommended we go there to find an affordable truck. Now let me say we are SO GLAD we DID NOT read these reviews. Let me tell y’all. Don’t read the reviews. If you are looking for a quality vehicle at an affordable price, go see Alexa, Mo, Manny and their crew at CARNDRIVE. They have a wide selection of excellent vehicles to choose from. It was truly a pleasurable experience and we purchased an excellent vehicle- a 2012 F150 Lariat in great condition. Everyone at CARNDRIVE was pleasant, friendly, courteous, patient, and accommodating. Even the guys detailing the cars. We especially appreciated the finance lesson from Manny. Don’t read the reviews. Go experience it for yourself. You might find exactly what you are looking for. We will be back to purchase one of those pretty cars in a few months. 😊

Awful. Don’t waste your time. They don’t care about you at all. They’re helpful while making the sale of their questionable vehicles. Mine broke down three times and they said it was fixed.

They were nice I spoke to multiple people, the kindly collected all my info, confirmed and double checked my appointment to check out the car, made sure I was prepared and prequalified... Knowing the whole time they had already gotten rid of the car I wanted, and were ready to let me drive the two hours to their dealership, knowing this and not having anything else like it. I wouldn't trust them, I guess I dodged the bait and switch bullet. No apologies... Oh and after wards multiple calls about financing..

I highly recommend NOT purchasing a car from this place. There are 2 locations. Our horrible experience was in the Burlington location. Scammers. Sam sold my daughter a car. Check engine light came on a week after purchase. Returned to Car n Drive for repair. Check engine light came on again. Took car to our local mechanic. Part had been replaced incorrectly by Car n Drive. We paid $400 to have it correctly installed by our local mechanic, who also found many other things wrong with the vehicle. My daughter ended up trading the car at our local reputable dealer at a financial loss, which we chalk up to a life lesson. I would like to thank Sam for teaching my 19 year old daughter, who is a college student, a valuable life lesson about purchasing cars. Don't let her experience go to waste - please go elsewhere to buy a car. There are so many other choices. Don't let my daughter's experience go to waste. If we can prevent just 1 person from going to this place based on our review, we will be happy. I urge you to not set foot in this place. It's full of scammers.
