Terrible service

Bought a truck from these fellas, was supposed to pickup 2 days later when I was in town and it was destroyed by one of the workers while getting it ready. They did not inform me of it and when I asked why the guy got aggressive with me, he could not keep his cool and spat in my face. They will soon her from the lawyer and get the assault charge added to that.

worse experience

I have recently a really bad experience with these guys. One of my friend bought the car and in few days his car was in worse condition when my friend and I went to talk to them they treated us rudely and refused to listen us and forced us to leave .They cursed and treated us rudely and disrespectfully. I would strongly prohibit this dealership guys and don't want anyone to get trapped by these ill mannered people.

The WORST used car dealer EVER!!

Bought a 2005 Hummer H2 for $15,000 plus gave my Yukon in as a trade towards the cost of the truck. I paid cash EVEN after I made a “deal” They charged fees totally unnecessary as well, $249 for somebody to take paperwork to the DMV and an additional $250 for plates n title .. even though the cost was $131 for the title and the plates … They told me truck ran amazing n had a car fax. Not even into my 1 hour drive up north on the turnpike, we had to pull over due to the fact the brake lines were leaking all over the place …NO BRAKES on the turnpike going 65 miles per hr. Had to have the Hummer towed to my house in Bergen county. Called Malik, the co-owner to tell him & he sent a tow truck from his shop to get the truck to make the repairs he already claimed he had fixed before listing the truck. As we waited 2 days for them to come, my mechanic checked the truck for any additional shady xxxx, the engine had 8 broken bolts in the exhaust manifold, transfer case leaking from the 4x4 & rear caliper was frozen, locking up the rear tires from turning Gave them the benefit to fix everything It took weeks going back and forth calling, picking up the truck.bringing it back .. wasting $$ on tolls, gas, rental cars to get me around while they so called “fixed” it Title took 2 months to get, got the complete run around from all of them.. They had this truck more then I did!! I gave the truck back as a buy back, Malik the co-owner literally screwed me over refunding all my $$ I spent over $1,000 for 4 new tires since he sold me bald tires that made the whole truck shimmy, the wheel alignment was so off, the steering sucked .. it was all over the place Only gave me $600 back I would NEVER recommend this or the other location to my worst enemy Shop elsewhere This dealer is horrible!!!!!!!!

Total waste of time

Called set appointment to see a car. Arrived they sent me to the wrong showroom no big deal oter one 15 minutes away. Arrived oh that car isn't ready to sell yet. All they did was waste my time.

Not a good place to buy a car

Horrible experience waste of time. Complete idiots running the place. No direct answers... cars are junk and beat up and they try to scam you... they were rude unprofessional

It's a scam

I was scammed on a Toyota Prius. Once I got close to my home a bunch of warning lights lid up. I found out that it would cost $3k+ to fix on the Internet. Don't believe anything about them. They seem sincere but the truth is you will be scammed.

Bad service

Just recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Traverse. Check engine light came on immediately and had suspension problems. Got a diagnosis and it needed a catalytic converter replacement. Let the dealer know and they sent me their mechanic. Was insured that the problem was fixed but it wasn't. Went and got my money back.

Don't really know how they would be to buy from. I requested information about a vehicle twice and was ignored both times. Doesn't bode well for how things would go if I actually went there.

Great team! I found the truck I wanted.

I have been shopping for a used truck and this dealer has a great selection. That matched the trade in price that other dealers gave and spent time with me finding the right truck. I was able to get what I wanted and leave the same time. Everybody was really nice and that helped move the process along. They have a huge standing screen where you can read the car fax right there in the office. That made it really easy. They went with me on the test ride and offered to take care of any concerns I had before I left.The owner gave me a 3 mos/3000 mile warranty from the dealer. That really gave me peace of mind with a high mileage vehicle. I give them very high marks. I drove the truck home 70 miles without any issue. I recommend you give them a call or better yet, stop in and talk to a salesperson.

Terrible customer service - won’t send the title

I bought the car over six months ago and still have not received a title. Three times I’ve called and was told I would get a call back and did not. The last time I called, the woman insisted that FedEx delivered it to me even though I insisted that they did not. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told there was no one available
