DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!! First I will apologize for the length of this review. My daughter bought a car from here on a Thursday. It is now the following Wednesday and she still has not gotten the car. Every time she called she was given the run around about when the car would be ready. Numerous times she was told that she would get a call back and never once received a call. Today we went to the Burlington location because the Bordentown location stated there was no manager available. Once we are there we asked to speak with the manager, and after the women asked us some questions I nicely said we would really like to speak to the manager. We waited for 35 minutes and asked during that time about speaking with the manager and were told that he was with another customer. Finally the manager came over and asked if we were being helped and I asked him. Did anyone tell you we were here and he stated they had not. Right off the bat as I asked questions regarding the lack of communication and call backs we were met with an aggressive tone and he kept interrupting me. I told him that he was unprofessional and rude and then he started really raising his voice. I was asking him what repairs were being done to the car and he could not tell me so he said let’s go ask the mechanic. We followed him to the garage where there was no on in sight. My daughter walked over to the car and said you’ve had the car since last week and the tires are still bald. He told us it needed to go to the tire shop and my daughter said just give us the tires and we will take it ourselves this is when he really turned angry and rude, he started yelling at us about the car and asking why didn’t we call him directly. At this point he also said if you want we cancel the contract. I looked at my daughter and told her yes cancel and do not buy a car from him. Now we walk back to the office and my daughter goes to the car to get her license and I hear her arguing with the women at the front desk. Some really rude words were exchanged and then the “boss” starts yelling again and then tells us to get out and take him to court he isn’t giving the money back. Eventually we left and waited in the parking lot for the police that We called to come help us. In the end my daughter got her money back. Honestly this is the most unprofessional and shady dealership around. The lack of respect and communication with their customers is beyond bad. Having a rude, unprofessional desk agent as your first interaction should be ok you need to turn around and run the other way.

I hope this reach everyone in the world don’t buy nothing from this place they sell messed up cars and smile in ya face as they do it the clear check engine lights and serious problems with the car I bought a 2013 Lincoln mkz and I am still going through xxxx just please please don’t shop here the company should be shut down immediately for how many scams they pull off I wish I would’ve went to the reviews before wasting 6700 of my hard earned money money

Nice how they post a car for sale "clean title no issues", I call and its parts only...yet they post a pic of a clean truck. Dishonest and false advertisement. RUN FROM THIS PLACE LIKE YOU ARE ON FIRE!!!!!!!

One star is too much for these people. My son was in a pinch and needed a car fast, so we went to this local dealership. What a massive mistake! PLEASE STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! The car had an oil leak that we were assured it would be fixed. We had to take to his mechanic JR in Burlington for the repairs to be without the car both times over two weeks. A third time it was towed to his mechanic. This car has been nothing but a headache and such a terrible experience for a first time car buyer. Fast forward less than a year and the car is disabled yet again. His "mechanic" "fixed" the oil leak at the front main seal behind the crank by removing the crank pulley then putting a massive amount of silicone sealant and most likely used an impact gun to tighten the crank pulley back on. Well that sheared off and car is useless. Malik, the manager I spoke with again today at their location and he said my son never complained about the oil leak again... yes because if we were tired of taking it 25 minutes away and being without it for a week or more. I was told to call his mechanic and he should fix it. I was told he should have bought the warranty... Look at the other negative reviews folks, I do not in my right mind believe any of the positive reviews are true. These people buy broken cars from auctions, have their "mechanic" polish those turds up and they sell them in our town for top dollar and push warranties for fix what is eventually going to break down. I will be going to the township and speaking with the administrator about their business practices in our town.

I bought a ford 150 from them. I didn’t even get 15 minutes away before the check engine light came on. I called them and they told me they would fix it. I live in South west Philadelphia, so having to go back an forth with them to get the vehicle fixed was a hassle. The thing about getting the vehicle fixed is that it never happened, all they do is clear the codes out. I was told that my car was at the shop, but had driven there on multiple occasions with my work truck and saw my pickup sitting on the lot, this was verified by me getting and checking the truck to make sure it was mine and it was. They’ve lied to me many of times about fixing the truck. They are liars across the board, the men that work there and the women who work there are all untrustworthy and despicable. I would recommend you take your money elsewhere. Please do not waste your money or give them a chance. You will regret it.

Very unsatisfied with the vehicle that I got from them they give you the run around the man that deal with the paperwork he's a liar if I was anyone I would not buy no vehicle from them they cannot be trusted that's the first time I'm ever doing a car payment and this is the biggest regret going to this second hand car dealership do not get a vehicle from them they are a liar

Looking at a car they are listing. I checked the National Recall site, the car has 3 recalls for drivers airbags, engine, and something that could leak and cause a fire. For all 3 recalls to be open is very concerning, especially when dealers do recalls for free. I wonder if I could call and ask them to do the recalls before I waste my time driving down to the lot to even look at the car.

After expressing interest in buying a car I now know why this dealership has such a low rating. The car I want has been there over 6 months and I know why because they have very little communication with people who are interested. Find a place that will take care of you there'll be so much happier
