Unprofessional, rude and do not wear a mask. First issue, very unprofessional! Your personal information goes through 4-5 people before your credit is ran. I have never experienced something like that in a dealership. Our salesman was taken from us in the middle of processing our application, to show someone else a car. Nobody tells you their name but are trying to sell you a car. The boss in the back needs to refresh himself on customer skills, if he's going to continue to deal with customers or he can just sit in the back and manage. That also explains the rude attitude we received from the manager, do you want to sell or not!!!! It doesn't make people feel comfortable to spend their hard earn money here. And lastly, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT COVID-19! THEY DO NOT WEAR A MASK!

I had the same experience, dealer tried to intimidate me to pay $2500 down and ran my credit without my permission...I already knew my score and just wanted to run prices. He asked why did I test drive the car? Wow??? Found ways to jack up price to accumulate higher end cost; ALL kinds of charges. When I asked him to break down his fees, he got loud again and tried to intimidate me. I contested the credit check with my bureaus and it was removed.

Dealer got irate read my credit report out loud for everyone in office to hear even customers,tried to charge me 17,749 for a car listed for 8,999.,
