If you enjoy being scammed with a smile, this is your place. I bought a car here last month and less than 24 hours later realized they overcharged me $870 over the listed sales price. When I reached out, they admitted it was a “clerical error” — you know, just a little whoopsie with almost a grand of my money. But did they fix it? Of course not. They handed me off to some so-called “supervisor” (who I’m convinced is just a buddy in the next cubicle) and opened a “claim” that they of course denied — despite them openly admitting they had listed the car at a lower price than what they charged me. Their excuse? I signed the papers. Yes, I missed it, but any reputable business would own up to a pricing error and make it right, especially when it’s their mistake. Not these clowns. BTW - I had discussed the price already with the dealer before making the decision to purchase because it was over KBB. So they were aware of the list price but made no attempt to correct it. Instead stated it was fair market value. They didn't even give me signed papers when I left. No fancy folder, nothing. Just a promise of an email with the docs that I never received. I had to call back and request those to confirm the overcharge. 6 weeks later, I have no permanent tags. I did, however, receive an email from the DMV stating my registration was due for renewal. Yep, on the car I just purchased. Now I get the privilege of forking over another couple hundred dollars for emissions and new tags because this dealership can’t manage their paperwork. They’ll smile while robbing you! Buyer beware — check those papers like your wallet depends on it, because it does. And if you’re thinking of buying from here, do yourself a favor: light your money on fire instead. At least you’ll get a little warmth out of it.

As a first-time car buyer, I didn’t know what to expect, but Autohub made everything super smooth. They never pressured me and were happy to answer all my questions, even the small ones. I left with a car I feel good about and an experience I’d gladly recommend to anyone new to buying.

Buyer Beware.
Buyer Beware. My son bought a 2012 Subaru Outback from this dealership. It was a hassle from the beginning. They forgot to send things to Maryland, they claim it passed VA inspection but upon getting it to Maryland to pass inspection it failed, 1200 dollars later it finally passed. So if you are going to buy from them, definitely take the car to a mechanic first and have it looked over.

Dishonest
If I could turn back time I would. This was one of my worst experiences purchasing a vehicle. They’re very dishonest. I drove over 4 hours to pick up the vehicle from CarHub. I was 1 hour away when Jessica called me and said, I will see a light on in the vehicle but don’t worry the part is coming the next day and she will ship it to me and I can take it to a mechanic and they will cover the cost. I’m still waiting for that part after 5 days. The check engine light is on along with 4 different lights and there are no lights on in the vehicle when the doors are open. After signing the paperwork’s my friend said, did you look at the vehicle. I went outside looked around it. The head light were very smudge, Jessica said, it must have been when they were wiping it(NO TRUE) it’s still on there. Can’t see clearly in the night. A piece of the frame in the front was loose. I heard a sound coming from the hood. She had another lie to tell about that. She drove the vehicle from where it was, she did not want me to see that the key was broken 😞 and taped up. I told her I wanted another key. She called someone and they said it will take 24 hrs its been 5 days and I’m still waiting. Spoke with her this morning and the same excuses. I got in contact with the place that finance vehicle and told them I was going to return back the vehicle. They told me to go to a certified mechanic and get a diagnosis. Please run very far from CarHub. Jessica seem to be such a nice young lady but every time she opens her mouth it’s a lie coming out. I’m very disappointed 😢

Unethical cheaters
I got cheated, As a first time buyer I don’t have deep knowledge on cars, so they tricked and made me to buy 2020 honda civic for $22000. Car had loud sound, i asked them why it had loud sound they said because it was sport model. After few months, i took it to mechanic for changing oil, then he expressed some suspicion that catalytic converter doesn’t look good. . He suggested me to take to carmax. i took it to carmax for valuation they pulled reports from multiple agencies and found there was a structural damage on passenger side(it doesn’t show up on carfax report) and it was auctioned, doors and trank are not alined properly, catalytic converter was modified. They said my car value will be $15000. They literally cheated on me. I called them multiple times, they were super rude and one of the employee confessed that they know it was modified and structural damage, they bought it for $14000 in auction and sold it for $22000.

Do not buy
Very unorganized dealership I wouldn’t advise buying from here. I bought a car here with major problems. They didn’t send me my tags like they said, and now I’m running in circles trying to get my car up and running.

Horrible Service
Absolutely horrible service, specifically from Emmanuelle. Very entitled attitude, took days to respond and unwilling to even listen to any requests in purchasing a ~130k car. Would not recommend in the slightest.

SCAMMERS! LIERS!
Need I saw more, here goes another review. It has been two months and I still have not received my paperwork form this dealer nor the tags for the car. They kept telling me they will send it . I looked up the loan from the loan center and they charged me more then 10 k for the car and they told me the car was 7,900 . They tell me the car is worth 10k , but on KBB it is worth 7800 and that is why I bought it. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM !
