Stopped in to look at a pre-owned BMW.

Stopped in to look at a pre-owned BMW. Spoke with a salesman, came to an agreement, but was told I couldn't leave a deposit and come back, and that I needed to take the car that evening. I told him I could not, and would come back and go through with the purchase if the car was still available. Received an email a day and a half later saying the price of the vehicle increased by $3000.00. Received a text from the salesman asking if I was still interested. When told of the increase he stated it was the management's decision. Seems like a bait and switch. Probably going to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office.

After two decades doing bussiness with this dealer even

After two decades doing bussiness with this dealer even before becomes Darcars . The worst experience trying renew my lease , not just asking for more than MSRP for RX500H(are you kidding ?) to been offered a RX350H from their inventory because they can get the color and interior combination (offered in the brochure ) really ? they have over 20 sales persons ready to chew you like the tigers ready to eat a meat in a cage , they just not lost loyal customer , no even the service will be done at this joking dealer , they get so big , that they think we need them , shame on the poor management , they dont even acknowledge us when we try to speak with on of the two managers seating in the front desk , they don't know what a "customer service means" time for retraining all your staff ,good luck but it is better options online , without hassle and disrespects , search , you will be service like "KING" home delivery included .
