The salesperson was vey professional and went above and beyond to ensure that i was satisfied with the vehicle and the deal. The sales manager was also willing to negotiate a fair deal for me. My overall experience was very good.

My experience with Mr. Coster the sales man was an excellent one, he worked with me through every aspect of the sale and made the experience seem effortless. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects and assured I had no concerns. The dealership itself I have never had any trouble with, I have purchased 3 cars over the years with grey Daniels and this is my fourth, all their staff worked together to take care of me and again at the end Mr Coster was there to see me off b with my new keys in hand. Tried to buy a TRD pro 2023. Salesman Ronnie found one from another dealer and when I saw the paperwork, it noted, area 3 market adjustment $10,000. This means this is an extra $10K above MSRP price. How low can a dealer get so low trying to gouge their customers? GM and Ford are trying to stop this from happening as it is getting fast spread among dealers. I wish Toyota would try to do the same thing.... Social media has been full of people posting new-car window stickers that show dealers are adding $20,000, $30,000, or even $50,000 to the asking price of a new model, under the guise of a "market adjustment." I fully understand it that dealers have expenses and need to make a profit and I am willing to pay the MSRP price but will not allow a dealer, like gray-Daniels to gouge me and demand an extra $10K above the norm. This is what I told the salesman, Ronnie Magee but his answer was, we do it because we can... Ronnie.... You might do it to someone else but today and not to me. I will never do business with Gray-Daniels and any of their dealerships regardless of what brands they sell. I did take a picture of the paperwork to prove that they did try to charge me $10K more than MSRP.
