I had a great experience purchasing my car from Gray-Daniel. Mr.Levorn was very nice and patient with me and got me in what I wanted!

While they dos not have the car I wanted they made me feel like they would make an effort to find it for me. Although they have not as of this writing.

Gray Daniels has a great selection of cars at fair prices. We were greeted immediately by Julian “JJ” Jonson. He was upbeat, kind, and willing to help us find the perfect car for our budget. Our experience was 10out of 10!

Gray Daniels Toyota is my preferred Toyota dealership. I live 88 miles away (Meridian, MS) where the dealership is not for me (as far as salesmanship) they need to learn how to not insult buyers! Levorn kept in touch with me for months as tacomas are hard to find these days. He always let me know when he would be getting a truck in according to color/packages I wanted. When I decided to make the trip, the only problem I had was lowballing my trade (which I had purchased from Gray Daniels). After several trips back and forth with the sales manager, we agreed. Levorn took over and smooth from there! I recommend everyone look him up if you’re looking to deal. Very nice and courteous man. I’ve had my Tacoma for a few weeks, so we’ll see about follow up services!

Levorn Daniels was a very knowledgeable person. he helped me feel at ease about buying a vehicle very kind man.

Mr. Lavorn worked with me to quickly get a car prepared and the keys into my hands. He was an excellent communicator and kept me up to date.

Mr.Julian Gonzalez was the sales consultant that made the long walk from sales office twice on a cold rainy Saturday to show me the Colorado and take a good test drive. The truck sold its self and Julian was great at working a deal we could agree on. I got there at 10: am and left at 1:pm with a good pre-owned truck. 2 other customers were there wanting to look at the Chevy Colorado while l was purchasing it. [He who hesitates loses.] Thanks Julian. P.S. Julian finished the deal before heading to hospital for the birth of his son. Congratulations Julian.

This is an update to a previous review that I may have been too swift to provide. They Toyota Dealership actually sold me a car with a bad transmission. Within 24 hours I contacted them and was told it was sold “as is” which is understandable for unknown issues that may arise but this issue appears to have been known by the sales reps and the car was sold to me anyway. I have reached out to the General manager and I am awaiting a response, but at this point I wouldn’t dream of sending anyone to any of the Gray Daniels dealerships, I don’t trust they would act ethically and I would fear they would take advantage of the individual I referred.
