Service is non-existent.

Service is non-existent. Showed no interest in fixing the problem with our vehicle. Had to call Toyota to find out what needed to be done. Then they scheduled an appointment to have repairs done and didn’t even have the part to replace it.

I initially gave this dealership a 1 star review. However, the GM, Zack, was highly responsive to my complaint and Gray Daniels has gone above and beyond to make the issues right. I'm grateful for Zack and hopeful that some policy changes are being made.
