I was helped by 2 sales people and I was surprised that both of them made my buying process easy. There was no confusion , I guess they have a good process in place by the management. I will be buying my future cars from Amko Auto in Laurel and I am very happy with my new Toyota Camry .

I found a car that I was interested in and when we set down to do the paperwork all of a sudden the car went up $5000 so needless to say I didn’t buy the car

This dealership uses the old bait and switch tactics...Added 3k in bogus, trumped up fees to the purchase price of car after I agreed to purchase with cash. Complete waste of time

Emailed and asked for a copy of the Carfax and they never responded. Why should I pay for a report that would help rhem sell the vegicle?

Ximoreia was very professional and friendly while trying to help me get a used car, I wish I could have succeeded but maybe the next time.

Was looking for a new truck and came across Amko Auto which is less than 2 miles from home. Called Ed and he got me exactly what I was looking for with no down payment. Ed was an extremely nice guy and very helpful. Go to Ed he never disappoints

Made the mistake of buying a car from them. After paying the cars first month installment to the bank, the dealership refused to turn over the plates for the vehicle sighting they had paid the first installment on our behalf. They REPEATEDLY REFUSED to provide ANY documentation showing proof of their payment while we had a statement from the bank. The manager became irate and aggressive and we had to call the police to handle the situation as the man was continued aggressive. DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you’re willing to take these crooks to court, as we currently are.

Dealership worked with payments and also had great customer service skills and very polite. Everyone was very helpful and professional with business. Great experience. Thumbs up!!!!
