Waste of time

Was told during a test drive that you guys are very fair with trade in values, use KBB and a few other sources to get price point. Yet as soon as I sign papers for you to do a credit check to see if the financing is doable, you come back low balling like crazy. KBB has my car listed at $18k yet you say it’s worth no more than $11k. Price difference is whatever but you easily could’ve told me how much you value the car at before asking me to sign documents. Felt very dishonest

Great Service

The dealership is being remodeled and looks outstanding. The service department was ready to assist the second I walked up. Mikayla greeted me and offered first class with the first words out of her mouth. She got me in for a scheduled oil change the same day. And when I expressed a separate concern she had her team look into before I received my truck back. She was on top of it from start to finish. Definitely going back to her for future service.

Great Service!

The team was very pleasant and efficient. I needed to wait as I live an hour away, the waiting room was comfortable, the coffee was good, and the appointment was quick! I was there less than an hour. I could hear the service crew while I was waiting, their comradery and laughter was infectious and made me smile.

As a new customer to the dealership, I must say I was

As a new customer to the dealership, I must say I was 100% disappointed with the overall customer service and professionalism of my service writer and service manager. There lack of brand knowledge, unwillingness to listen to my concerns with my vehicle and there "it's your fault" attitude has caused me to seek help at other dealerships. Please stay far away from this dealership...

Lithia of bend sells broken vehicles to people then tries to make them pay for it. Matt the manager is nothing short of a worthless piece of dog turd. Steer clear of this business!

The salesman pushed me to buy the car that was on the lot

The salesman pushed me to buy the car that was on the lot by the end of the day... Lied about the features of it, and about the interest rate... went back in the next day and got nothing but the run around... I'm a seinor and this could be my last car... I drive them into the ground... and this was not what i told the salesman I wanted... from the GM down I got nothing but ignored and mislead about addressing this. not so much as a "I'm sorry"

Beware….

After buying my very first what is new to me car in February from here I’ve had nothing but issues -nasty attitude from Malala no return calls from Rob and nobody answered the phone in service. It’s like they don’t care at all about your frustration! I have called and left many messages! Bought a car that the back up camera doesn’t work there is a rip on the interior driver door and no one will get back to me to fix it sure they’ll take my huge down payment but will they actually take care of the customer? When I call I am met with apprehension and or no call at all
