Great Service!
I took my Jeep Wrangler in for several open recalls. The rep that helped me was courteous and answered all my questions. I really liked the text with a link to track the progress of my service. Great experience. The facilities weren't the best as they were still finishing the building, but I'm sure it will be excellent when finished.

Greg was an excellent sales representative. He showed me the cars that fit my preferences and was not pushy. Greg closed the sale rather than hand me off to a closer. Keep in mind car dealers are going to try to get the most money they can and still sell you a car. These folks will sell cars over list price if the market will handle.

Absolutely the worst service department.
Absolutely the worst service department. I usually don’t take other reviews into consideration but I should have for this place. If you need work done I highly recommend you go to Eugene or Portland even Idaho before here. I brought my jeep in multiple times for the SAME issue they said they had fixed the first time. They did not. Each time they wanted to charge me the diagnostic fee. They gave me a quote for about 2500 for repairs. I decided to wait but told them I should not have to pay another $185 diagnostic fee when they told me it was fixed the first time I brought it in. They told me they wouldn’t give me keys until I paid and they had every right to charge. Long story short after the disagreement and absolute rudest customer service staff I’ve ever encountered, the manager told me I was “fired” from coming back in there. How In the world do you refuse a paying customer service is beyond me. I asked to speak to the GM and he informed me he wasn’t in the shop today and that I could leave him 50 voicemails and he would never answer my calls and he would have the service manager Jared would tell me the same thing every time that he has every right to refuse service to me. He also told me the reviews do not matter to them. This shows a lot about how they care about their community in Bend and actually serving customers. Another sales manager called me to “squash and sort it all out” and to get a better understanding of the situation. NEVER in my life have I been banned from a store or any business. They are a publicly owned company. It really blows my mind that they don’t care about their customers. The sales manager spoke with the service manager on how we could get my jeep fixed and interestingly the quote came back almost doubled this time around at $4900. Same service needed. I even have the original print out quote they gave me the first time around at $2500. Just goes to show they are not honest. But hey they don’t care about reviews or screwing over customers. I’ve owned 5 jeeps. I contemplated buying a brand new one but after this ordeal I would never purchase from Lithia. I highly recommend you search elsewhere.

Great service
I made an appointment with service for a couple recalls and a warranty issue. My truck was taken care of and parts were ordered. Kaitlyn and Jordan did a great job and got me in and out quickly and efficiently despite being short staffed.

A dealership with integrity
I bought a used 2014 with 82K miles "as is". The car was perfect for a short time then developed a couple of expensive problems. Lithia took care of me they went beyond anything I could have hoped for,they got me repaired and happy. I highly reccomend this dealership they are world class.
