There is no customer service and rude customer service when you get someone. I have been trying for three months to get my back up camera a paint chip fixed and my door fixed I bought the car like that didn’t realize it until the next day and no one’s been able to help me. I’ve left multiple messages called schedule an oil change tried to get the camera and the other stuff fixed but NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK! Sure they take my almost 10k down payment but screw me if I need anything.I AM SO FRUSTRATED

Thank you. All I needed was to get the backup camera that was ordered installed. Paint chip fixed in house. I had an oil changed scheduled BUT no one could call me back about the camera install so I needed to reschedule the oil change. I called for over a week with no answer. I am trying to get it all fixed in one visit as I live an hour away. Any help would be amazing. Mamashley37@gmail.com
Dealership Madness
Would have came down to buy a vehicle but after reading the reviews on what was going down there I changed my mind immediately. Need to tell you employees to stop yelling and lying to people. You think the reviews don't make a difference but it does.

The customer service is terrible.
The customer service is terrible. I scheduled an appointment for a warranty and recall issue a month in advance only to be called 30 minutes before my 7:30am appointment to be told they can’t take me in because there is not enough technicians. There service department is a joke and I will take my truck to Klamath falls. Bend lithia is a joke

Buyer Beware of this dealership. Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get refund on my gap insurance for the last 5 months. They just ignore your phone calls or emails. I guess they figure if they do often enough you will just go away. I have to many other complaints to list them all here. One star is way too much for this dealership

One star is too generous. I went in for a simple oil change. Here what happened and my message to the service manager and GM. Hello Jared, There are some significant issues I’d like to discuss with you tomorrow. This morning I brought my 2020 Ram Promaster (Winnebago Solis) in for a simple oil change. The van has just 7500 miles on it and ALL I needed or asked for was oil change. Here’s what happened: The guy inside the service door to the left says “ya you’re here for an oil change, brake fluid flush and tire rotation”. I said “no” I only need an oil change. He swears aww xxxx something about xxxxty internet connection and sends me over to a guy across the room. This guy says “ah ya Dahl 10:30 appointment, you’re here for an oil change, brake fluid flush and tire rotation”. I say again No just an oil change. I tell him the tires only have 2000 miles on them and I get all my rotations done for free at Discount Tire. I ask – for future reference – what was the recommended interval for brake fluid and he tells me every 30,000 miles. I tell him I certainly don’t want that as the van only has 7,500 miles on it. Later this afternoon I get a call from Ethan who leaves a message saying they have a major issue and with my after-market wheels. He says the paperwork still included brake fluid and tire rotation and in trying to remove the wheels they destroyed (one-or-more of the lug nuts?) and maybe some additional damage. (that wasn’t clear). Net result is that he need to order parts which might arrive Friday or Saturday. I’m leaving on a long-planned 3-week trip with my son on Monday. NONE OF THIS should have happened if your service department didn’t willfully neglect my explicit instructions. To me this goes beyond incompetence and is systematic and illegal business practices, and “over-servicing”. I’m in touch with the Better Business Bureau and similar agencies to report this. I’m including Steve Burnett in this message as I am also a Jeep fan, own a 2015 Wrangler Rubicon and am in the market for a new Wrangler Unlimited. However needless to say, this experience will have me looking elsewhere for any Jeep purchase or future service. And I will be sharing this experience on a bunch of Jeep Facebook groups, online review sites, and with all the Jeepers and camper van owners I know in central Oregon. Christopher Dahl Bend, OR

I went in having done a lot of research on vehicles in my price range. I had it narrowed down to three - one at another dealership and two at Lithia. When I went in, Jose greeted me as I got out of my vehicle and walked toward the dealership. He spent quite some time with me going over the vehicles I wanted to see, test driving both, and discussing what I wanted. I really liked one of them but wanted to look at the third choice. Once I did that, I came back fully appreciating that rather than Jose trying to SELL me a car, he instead helped me buy a car I wanted. He listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. And I love it! I would HIGHLY recommend Jose if you are looking to buy a car. Side note - when I went to the OTHER dealership to look at the third car, I was sorely disappointed. The vehicle was great but too big and boxy for me. Instead of listening to what I was saying - my price range, the vehicle type I wanted, etc. - the SALESman spent half an hour looking up facts, specs, and reviews on the vehicle that HE wanted to sell me that was $4000 over my price range, went over statistics on the dealership and on the specific brand they sell, and barely looked at me the whole time! I kept telling him I wasn't interested in that car and he kept going and going, completely ignoring what I was saying and what I wanted. The absolutely worst thing you can do is try to sell me what you want me to have. I was polite the whole time I was there and was VERY HAPPY TO RETURN TO LITHIA AND JOSE TO BE TREATED LIKE I MATTER!!!

les quiero compartir la mala experiencia que tuve con este dealer creo q eso no es correcto lo q hacen,llegue con la ilusión de comprar una ram 1500 rebel la cual me comunique con ellos y me mandaron información del precio yq estaba disponible y al llegar al dealer resulta q no me quisieron respetar lo q ya me avían confirmado el precio ami parecer un dealer tan reconocido no es correcto q agan este tipo de cosas espero y tomen nota y sean mas honestos con los clientes por q tengo pruebas de todo lo q ellos me confirmaron de la disponibilidad y del precio.

About 16 months ago I had my 13 durango in for ticking
About 16 months ago I had my 13 durango in for ticking noise. This was diagnosed as an bad cam and lifter. Come to find out there was metal pieces on the oil control valve screen which according to fca they say any debris found on this part requires a new motor. Unfortunately because the cam and lifter job exhausted all of my warranty so now I'm stuck with a bad motor and have been waiting for over a month for a service manager to even contact me so I can explain my situation

Sorry it was septemper 4th 2020 on the receipt with invoice #53433 and tag#tq1304 and at that time my adviser was quentin. My last experience there was with macayla and it was subpar to say the least. I was trying to get diagnostics on why i still had lifter/top end noise, as per what i was told by an exhaust shop as well as another, and when i received the word from her that the recomended service was to do the lifters and cam again without properly diagnosing the job first by removing the intake and inspecting, i felt like i lost a lot of trust for the services ive received and the money i've spent there over the years. I really hope we can work together to figure out a solution for to this.

Not only did he speak with me honestly, but he also brought things to my attention during the process that I would not have thought about and I would have missed out on if he had not taken the extra time to help me. He was above and beyond helpful by accommodating my schedule and driving the vehicle out to my wife so she could look at it as well when I wasn't available.
