Efficient and Couteous

Service personnel were prompt and courteous. Work on car was as requested. I arrived at scheduled time, was seen right away and was back on the road in time to make it to work.

Love my 2019 GMC Terrain!

D'Anthonie and Gus were very helpful and found the vehicle with the options and color I wanted plus a few more extras. Great experience.

Service

Mike is quick and efficient, and sees to it that there no other or up coming problems. Knows his clients and their vehicles. Keeps me unto date until the servicing is done and I'm out the door. Excellent employee to have. Very friendly, like one of the family.

car works , repairs were made.

Mike has always tried to meet my needs. he knows I have an older car and may not need all the things corrected that show up in diagnostics to keep the cost in line with the age of the car.

Danielle was a delight to work with. She knows her stuff. Jenice in finance new to IL, so she has some learning to do, but overall a pleasant experience.

Sales experience!!

My family has now 4 cars from Courtesy. We couldn’t have asked for a better sales/finance team. Jeff P and DAnthony are 2 of the best to work with. They listen and really work with you to make sure you find everything you’re looking for and to make sure you drive off feeling happy and good about the choice you made. Sent wrong part will not sent right part

They sent me the wrong part in the mail. I returned the part and they told me I sent them the wrong part back.. I sent them the part they sent me and I had to pay to send it back. They will not send me the right part in out $60 and shipping no big deal just don't buy from these jokers.
