In late April 2025, I had a deeply disappointing

In late April 2025, I had a deeply disappointing experience at this dealership. When I made a fair $80,000 offer, General Sales Manager Eric Orellana mocked me, saying I’d “never worked hard a day” in my life and called the offer “ridiculous.” He added, “We’re not selling a car for free.” And how I did not know how this business works and that I needed “experience”. Freddie Alvarado, the sales rep, was initially respectful, but once Eric escalated, he followed suit and ripped a paper from my hand in front of other customers. I came in ready to buy not to be insulted. I left and paid cash elsewhere for my Yukon. I hope this team rethinks how they treat serious buyers. I’d still be open to working with them with real professionalism and respect and not rub off their ‘11 years’ of dealership experience to customers like Eric did to me.

Walked in and no one serviced me.

Walked in and no one serviced me. Was looking for a new terrain but then some other customers were getting yelled at and decided to leave. Be aware people! Shop elsewhere if you like the vehicle in their lot have it shipped from this dealer to another dealer or have them trade it to purchase from another dealer.
