My wife and I came in to purchase a preowned vehicle and weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Lucky Alex was right there to help! He steered us right to a brand new 2022 GMC Sierra. I find the service personnel at this dealership to be unprofessional. They were unable to determine the cause of my battery draining and leaving me unable to start my car. I have a 2018 Acadia and I am on my 3rd battery.

It was only an oil change. I was in and out in no time. Rep. was very friendly. I will bring my other Buick in on 2/9.

I brought my new Yukon in for an oil change. Made an...

I brought my new Yukon in for an oil change. Made an appointment for 1pm. Got there little before. Went in and there is this nice garage like area with tile and a guy sitting there. This is my first time here getting service as my vehicle is new. The guy takes my keys and goes out and brings my vehicle into this waiting area. I go into the service room and the guy asks me did the concierge get your keys? I said yes and the guy brought it in. They looked at it checked battery, then the concierge takes it into the shop area through this big garage door. They tell me it will be about an hour to hour and a half. they put plastic on the seat and the steering wheel. I sit down and start checking my phone. I see other vehicles come into the area and the same thing is done. Between each vehicle, the concierge cleans the floor (it was raining) and then sets up for the next. 45 minutes later the service person comes in says Im all set gives me the paperwork and tells me the vehicle is outside and is washed. I get in and go. It was a great experience. The concierge person idea is great and that nice pre-staging are is something I have not seen. I will definitely be going here for my services in the future. While I did not have anything major done for just the oil change it was a great experience.

I came in unannounced after work with a flat tire and they were ready and eager to help me. They didn’t make me feel overwhelmed and went out of their way to fit me into their schedule before closing.
