Arrived at my appointment time and car was taken right into the shop. The service techs at drop off were very courteous and followed all COVID 19 protocol. Very pleasant experience and a free car wash too!

My car went in for a service and brakes that squeal so...

My car went in for a service and brakes that squeal so loud it’s embarrassing to drive places. I bought my truck in October, the salesman assured me that the squealing noise will go away as the brand new brake pads and rotors break in. The mechanic who did the service was lazy, he only changed the oil, nothing else, probably because it’s their free service, brakes still squeal louder than ever. Coincidentally the only day the brakes didn’t make a sound was when the mechanic was working on it. They squealed as I pulled up and as I drove off. I probably wouldn’t come back here for services and definitely never for repairs. Maybe I would buy a car if the price was right, but I would definitely never recommend this dealer to anyone I know, not even someone I don’t like. Obviously I’m not a happy customer, I use my vehicle to make a living, so I can’t be there every day letting them troubleshoot issues with brakes that a 5 yr old can figure out. Unfortunately I got screwed!!

The whole team was very friendly and helpful. Tom was our sales rep and is very open and explained everything in great detail. The business manager James has a great sense of humor and it was the best experience I've had during a finance process.

We had a very positive experience returning to lease another Buick Enclave. The process was incredibly easy, we feel we got a very fair price and most important, feel we were treated fantastically. David, the manager, was one of the best car dealership managers we have ever dealt with.
