The experience was positive. The big bonus was that they washed my car. I was not expecting that. They called me when the service was complete to tell me the car will be ready after 4pm. I was like ok, cool. They the proceed to tell me that the only thing left was that they were washing it. I said come again? They said yes we wash the car before customer pickup. Now I don't know if it is because of covid or not, but it was nice. I was so embarrassed how dirty the outside was when I dropped off.

The dealer was very customer focused and was willing to go the extra mile for my business. Would buy again from this location. The sales staff and manages were able to get what I needed I a short time.
