Was contacted by salesperson about up grading to a new car. I was not sure if I wanted to but the salesperson promised he wasn’t wasting my time, and It worked out to be a very good upgrade.

As a whole, the dealership is good. I think they are going through growing pains in a very difficult environment. I wish them well and imagine good success.

Sales rep Al Amado and the Manager were great. This is my 3rd GMC & my 1st with Performance. Ill definitely be back. Thank you again

I can not recommend Al from Performance Buick GMC enough! I was in between two cars and he so patiently explained the benefits of each. He knew everything about each car and truly made the experience so fast and comfortable. This was the first time I EVER leased a car, and I will come back to him next time too!

Brandon V. was terrific to deal with from the minute he answered the phone and we began our inquiry about the truck in which we were interested. He was friendly and responsive and got back with us in a timely fashion when we had further questions. We had the deal cinched in only a day. It was well worth the 3+ hour drive to get the truck that I wanted and Brandon, along with David the sales/gm, made it a very easy, if expensive, experience. The detail work on the truck was lacking and Brandon was out there, hands on, doing his best to make it look good when my family arrived. I understand the regular detail guy was dismissed for his lack of....detail. In any event, Brandon took care of the truck, topped off some fluids himself as the shop guys had gone home for the day, gave me a thorough rundown on the vehicle and it's operations, and was great with my kids. Very impressed with this dealership and it's staff. Gina was a sweetheart too the few times I spoke with her on the phone. Kudos to all.
