Phone Order Completed

I bought a Lexus 460-L yesterday and want to say that I had a wonderful experience with LofG, particularly Art Accurso. After a disappointing encounter at a NY dealership, I called all other dealers in the Tri-State area looking for a particular car (model/color/interior). A handful of dealers had the car (or could locate one for me). Most did not take me seriously; they thought I was a leasing company agent or a fake inquiry (no woman would ever buy a car over the phone!). Art Accurso took my call, took me seriously and took the time to call me back with the good news that he located the desired car. Art was also willing to negotiate price over the phone and via email (other dealers with my desired car would not). Travelling to do a deal was not possible due to my logistical impediments. The rest is history! The car came in from Japan 2 weeks later. We traded in our old car and drove away yesterday with a charmingly smooth automobile. Even though we bought the car in CT, we registered it in NY and both Tim and Art arranged that process to be seamless for me. Equally easy was coordinating the insurance coverage with a new vendor. Thanks Art and Tim, for service, follow-through and detail orientation. I would definitely go back! I encourage all Lexus buyers to go to Greenwich CT for their purchase.

Excellent...Great Car Buying Experience !!

Worked with Albert...closed the deal in one afternoon. He was great to work with and clearly explained the leasing process. My plan was to shop around a little, but Albert changed that. No doubt..he will sell me my next car !! Tim did a great job closing the deal out and getting me on my way.

Excellent customer experience

I was the customer of this dealer for the last three years and now that I am moving to another state I still will stay with them. They accommodated my moving deadline and the change of trim very efficiently and quickly, given me a better deal than Lexus dealership in another state. Specifically Albert Gonzalez made the whole difference for me staying with this dealer

Katerina and Darren are awesome

I recently had a some difficulty registering my car in a new state after moving. Each time I went to the DMV they told me I needed "one more thing". In total frustration I called the Lexus of Greenwich to see if they could help me. Katerina sold me my car and I think she is the best salesperson I have ever met so we do keep in touch a bit. Katerina was not in so I was connected with Darren. GREAT TEAM SPIRIT. Darren understood my plight and made it his mission to help in Katerina's absence. He made several calls in different directions and coordinated with my insurance company to get the registration transfer done immediately. When Katerina was back in the office she seamlessly picked up to finish the favor right down to changing my plates for me. This is true service. I bought my car almost 2 years ago and they are still helping. Very grateful to both! I also had just had my car in for service and the service team is great too, I just wish the cost of the tune up was not so brutally high. Still, great service people to work with. Thank you all.

Great Experience

We enjoyed a wonderful experience at Lexus of Greenwich. Darren McNeill was especially knowledgeable, and took the time to review all aspects of our new Lexus. He assured us that he would be available to assist with any issues that might arise, since many of the vehicle's "bells and whistles" are new to us. The staff at Lexus of Greenwich is extremely professional, and we look forward to maintaining a lasting relationship with them.

Albert was wonderful and professional

I recently leased a LX 350 from your dealership and has a great experience throughout the entire process. Albert Gonzales showed us the exact vehicle we were looking for with all of the options we needed ( not too many!!) . Albert was a real professional. He was thorough during the delivery process, explaining all the technology features very well so non tech people like myself and my wife could understand. I have been driving mostly Toyotas in the last 10 years or so and the extra money for the Lexus really makes for a quality vehicle. THANKS A gain to your dealership and to Albert and also to Bob Katz in Finance who also was great.

Lexus of Greenwich

I went to Lexus after doing some research on leasing a first car that was safe and affordable while still feeling luxurious. Lexus was a no brainer on my list. As soon as I walked in, it was clear that Lexus valued the customer's experience much more than other dealerships I had been to. I worked primarily with Steve Zinaman, who was incredibly knowledgable and straight forward throughout the whole process. I got a great deal on leading the NX and could not be happier about my choice!
