Always a professional and classy experience.

I recently leased another Lexus with the Greenwich dealership because I get treated with respect, professionalism and kindness. I have leased & bought many cars there and Bob Katz has always been there to help guide me through the process. He's very patient and knowledgeable...and friendly! This was my first time dealing with Ron Voloshin and he was just terrific. He made the sales process very smooth! Ron and Bob made a great team to help me get into my new car, which I love!

amazing experiance at the dealership

katie was amazing sale person she help me find the rite car and color. she is the best took her time to help me and answered all my questions. i would like to thank the team at the dealership for my new car they are all amazing people. i felt like part of a exteneded family at the dealership. very helpful and pleaseant to do business with. i will be a client for a long time. want to give a big thank you

Love Lexus of greenwich

I had the best process that's to the team at Lexus of Greenwich amazing people to do business with.they make me feel like a family. I would like to say Katie the person who sold me the car was amazing the best person I have ever dealt with when it came to buying a car she take her times and make sure she goes over everything she will be seeing me in the future

I had an excellent experience.

I leased my third lexus from this dealership because of the consistent excellence in every department from the service department to the sales department. Art Accurso was courteous, informative and truly excited to sell me a hybrid. He showed me various models and made it possible for me to lease the hybrid which was the best fit for me and for our Company.

"Wonderful Leasing Experience"

Just Leased a 2015 Rc 350 Awd I love everything about the car my salesman Albert Gonzalez was great very professional on getting me the car I wanted if your in the market for a Lexus go see Albert Gonzalez and the finance dept Tim Johnson was great on doing the paperwork quick and simple.

Wonderful Leasing Experience

Just leased a 2015 ES 300h. It was the 2nd time I leased from this dealership. It was a great experience from start to finish. Steve Zinaman was knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't have much time available to go through the process of choosing a vehicle, negotiating the price and doing the paperwork. He was very professional, respectful and efficient -- which allowed me to make my decision, sign the paperwork and drive away with the car with very little time invested on my part. Ched Gelb was equally helpful and efficient in getting the process completed quickly. Also, I was able to negotiate very favorable lease terms, which made it a very worthwhile decision for me.

Fruiendly, helpful Service

I've got a 2000 ES 300 with over 178,000 miles, so I'm always weighing the pros and cons about whether expensive repairs are worthwhile at this point in time. John Berrios kept me fully-apprised about the possible causes for my Check Engine light going on and provided helpful advise about what to fix without needing spend excessive amounts. His input allowed me to decide what to fix and whether to try the bare minimum or to address all possible causes. He was able to get the car in and out of service quickly too, to accommodate my schedule, with use of a loaner car while the car was in the shop. He even applied a discount coupon to the cost of the work, even though I had thrown out the coupon when I received it a couple of weeks earlier (not realizing I was about to need a repair!

Leased a 2015 RX 350.

I just leased a 2015 RX 350 and had a great experience. Albert Gonzalez was courteous and professional during the whole process. Chedd the Sales Manager was great to deal with also. I would recommend Lexus of Greenwich to anyone who is interested in the Lexus experience. Julio
