Having lived in the NYC area my entire life, I never thought it would take Greenwich CT to find a lifelong transportation partner. My wife and I just had our first child, as we have been reviewing moving out of NYC a new car was necessary. We looked at all the current brands and to be honest never checked Lexus in the first round. A friend recommended the NX and voila, it began. Happy wife, happy life right? She looked at the web site, looked at the options and we both liked what we saw. Having visited 2 local dealers, something did not feel right. On a whim I realized how close Greenwich was and Katie Koroleva repsonded to our inquiry in what seemed like nano seconds late on a Saturday. Within 2 hours she was able to give multiple options for some picky requests and we were excited. Set up an appointment and had a dream experience. We happily purchased a new ES Hybrid within the same appointment of meeting Katie because she was dilligently prepared. Go to Lexus of Greenwich and definitly work with Katie; life's to short to waste time on the lot!

I went to Lexus of Greenwich based on prior years fantastic service as well as great leasing experiences. I had a 2013 ES 350 and went to simply look at an RX (needed AWD). During the look, Mike Stone indicated that I might be able to turn my car in early (6 mo) and get the RX. I had traded cars in in the past 2-3 months early but never this early - it was a real opportunity after this last winter! In the process my wife and I decided to look at the GSf 350 and an ISC 250 convertible (never expecting to get both). Well based on the time and effort Mike gave us (along with John McCaffrey - sales manager) we did get both. They worked with us on features and insured that we were 100% satisfied. The deliveries went perfectly and now we are both driving 2015 new cars and enjoying the sport ride with one car and the convertible with the other. I couldn't recommend the dealer and specifically Mike Stone, Tim Johnson (no pressure on the sales add-on) and John McCaffrey as people that really look out for "you"! Stephan and Bonnie Lang

We shopped pretty much every Lexus dealer in the area. Lexus of Greenwich and our salesperson, Steve Zinaman, were superior in every respect. Steve, was exceptionally knowledgeable, low pressure, and easily beat the price every other dealer gave us to lease our new Lexus. We are former X5 owners. In addition to shopping Lexus, we also shopped comparable SUVs from BMW, Mercedes and Audi. Steve literally knew all of those cars inside and out. From technical specs, to warranties, to their pricing and lease programs. I was impressed not only with his knowledge, but his sophistication. Lots of salespeople just trash talk their competition in an attempt to prove their car brand is better. Steve didn't. He just made a compelling case for why, although BMW, Mercedes, etc., are good cars, Lexus was better. We respected that. We will definitely be repeat customers. Thanks Lexus and Steve.

I live in New York City. I ordered RX 350 by phone. Sales person Steve and Finance Tim worked harder. It spend me 1 hour finishing all documents and got my new car.

Friendly staff who processed my lease very efficiently. Very clear about pricing, options, etc. Only negative was the attempt to upsell with protection plans, excess wear and tear protection, etc.

Great experience. I actually ordered the car over the phone with Darren McNeill. Great price, great people and easiest car buying experience ever. This is the 7th car we have purchased from Lexus of Greenwich. We are always happy to return, thanks to Art Accurso who we have been dealing with for years. Although we live in NJ we always seem to find ourselves back in Greenwich when its time to purchase a new Lexus.

After months of searching for the car for me I was so relieved and delighted by the service and attention I received at Lexus of Greenwich. In particular I worked with Mike Rosen, a seasoned salesperson who's been with Lexus for 15 years and says he wouldn't sell any other car because Lexus is the brand he trusts the most. He was decent and personable and - above all else knowledgable. I know he's got a great track record because he sold my mom several different Lexuses over the time he's been at this dealership and she's always pleased. Not only did I drive away with a new Lexus the same day, but Mike followed up with me the next week to see how everything was going and I know he will be a great point person to turn to anytime I need anything. In addition to Mike Rosen, the Lexus Business Manager Bobby Katz made the financial aspects of leasing the car simple and easy for me and I felt like I was in great hands of a seasoned manager. I couldn't recommend Lexus of Greenwich more!

Having owned a GX for over 7 years and 100,000 miles before passing it on to a family member who is crazy about that car, I strayed from the fold, but shortly realized my mistake and came back to the conclusion that Lexus and the GX are the only cars for me! My experience with Steve Zinaman was great both years (when I strayed and when I came back to my senses) and I should have heeded his advice in our first meeting. He and Lexus of Greenwich were the only person/place to go once I realized what I REALLY wanted. After a very extensive test drive with Steve, it was clear that we would close a deal. Despite the fact that they knew how much I wanted this car and would likely buy it regardless, they worked with me to arrive at a price where all of us were comfortable. Tim Jiohnson worked through the details and helped me evaluate options on extra's, warranties, dealer service, etc. in a thorough fashion, but no high pressure selling. He was very helpful and easy to work with. In the end, a Totally Happy Customer!

Super happy with how easy the process of leasing a new vehicle was. Staff was professional, friendly, warm. Triple thumbs up. Can't go wrong visiting this dealer.
