The dealer has been fined by the DMV for multiple violations in their contract. Also had to refund all of the closing costs which was over $1000.00. Unethical in the way they do business.

I bought a Toyota Highlander XLE at a Darcars Lexus Of Greenwich, which was my wonderful personal experience. I was welcomed by Felix, the salesmen who showed me the car I was searching for. He was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable in the field and answered all my questions. We began negotiating the purchase once I test-drove the car with my partner. After discussing the price, Felix introduced me to the manager, Cleice, who was very professional and friendly, and we had the pleasure of working with them to close the deal. As opposed to when you are going to close a deal and have to speak to a manager, it can be difficult; here, the experience was different. Cleice also introduced me to the general manager, Andreas; the conversation was friendly and comfortable with both of them. They were very reliable with my expectations and price for the Toyota, and with an easy and brief time, we concluded our deal. Overall, my experience with the dealer was excellent, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I recently had my complimentary maintenance performed on my GX at Greenwich LEXUS where I purchased it. Edwin, assistant service manager, from beginning to end was very accommodating, helpful and informative. He worked with me in scheduling a date and time that worked perfectly for me knowing I travelled from Brooklyn! Even after the car was washed, he saw some water spots on the vehicle and went in and came out with a rag to wipe down the vehicle. Great service and with a genuine smile!!!

So they sold me a used 2024 Genesis without a title.
So they sold me a used 2024 Genesis without a title. Unethical selling me the car, still no title, no dealer follow-up. Want aggravation, buy a car here. Go someplace else, NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS. In Connecticut, a vehicle can be sold if the original Connecticut Certificate of Title has been lost, the purchaser will be registering the vehicle in Connecticut, and the vehicle is titled in your name1. However, a used dealer is not supposed to sell a car without having the title in possession2. In fact, in most states, it's unlawful to do so. Until the dealer has the title, issued in the dealership's name, the company doesn't officially own the vehicle2.
